Boot Barn provides an awesome experience with a large selection. The store receives high recommendations for its friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service, particularly in the cowboy hat department where staff are personable and easy to ask questions. Employees are described as nice and going out of their way to create repeat customers, changing attitudes after previous bad experiences. This great service makes people definitely want to be back.

Great store with large selection. Friendly service... although the locals provided the best service. The employees just rang us up, the locals provided all the help needed!
