“I went in to get new shoes for my kiddo who didn’t want to sit still for me. One gal (wish I got both the names) offered help in a way of finding the right fit for my son who just wanted to run and play. This technique worked. Both ladies were very kind, peppy and helpful even to the point of making sure he stayed away from the doors while I was paying for the new shoes. I will be back for sandals when he’s with grandma since I now know the right size shoe for my child!

“The store manager, Jesse, was amazing! She was so fun and helpful. When I mentioned that a pair of boots I loved weren’t in my size for my trip, she went out of her way to help. She found a store where I’m going that had my size, called them, and even had them hold the boots for a few extra days. She really didn’t have to do that, but she did. Every store manager should be like her!”

“I lived in Montana a couple of years ago and was gifted a mug that had great sentimental value to me. I live in Utah now, and sadly I broke the mug. After some Internet research I discovered Western Outdoor carried the mug! When I called inquiring, they were very kind and helpful in ensuring the mug they carried was indeed the same one I broke, and went through the trouble to ship it to me!
