“JCPenney in the Kalispell Center Mall is, frankly, a breath of fresh air — especially considering its front door opens directly into a mall that feels like it’s waiting for its final rites. The store is clean, bright, and stocked with the full JCPenney assortment you expect: apparel, home goods, seasonal displays, all neatly organized and easy to navigate.
What really stands out is the staff. They’re upbeat, engaged, and genuinely pleasant — which is impressive given the mall’s “end‑stage retail” atmosphere just outside their entrance. It feels like they’re choosing optimism in a place that doesn’t give them much to work with.
Inventory is solid, presentation is tidy, and the store feels alive in a mall that… isn’t.”

“Went in with a million more questions about carseats. They took the time and helped us test fit 2 seats in our truck. Went with an option I hadn't considered and was impressed by the safety features it offered. Also bought a nursing chair same vist because they offered a great price and sold us on the features and benefits.
