“I love how many different options they have there and how many random things they have. You just never know where you're going to find underneath the shelf somewhere. The only thing I don't like is how squishy the aisles are. They pack so much and that it's hard to get around with your cart.”
“JCPenney in the Kalispell Center Mall is, frankly, a breath of fresh air — especially considering its front door opens directly into a mall that feels like it’s waiting for its final rites. The store is clean, bright, and stocked with the full JCPenney assortment you expect: apparel, home goods, seasonal displays, all neatly organized and easy to navigate.
What really stands out is the staff. They’re upbeat, engaged, and genuinely pleasant — which is impressive given the mall’s “end‑stage retail” atmosphere just outside their entrance. It feels like they’re choosing optimism in a place that doesn’t give them much to work with.
Inventory is solid, presentation is tidy, and the store feels alive in a mall that… isn’t.”

“I have only been to your store once. I was very pleased how wonderful your Assistant Manager was. It is not often you find courteous, kind,and patient workers who take the time to help you. I however was shocked to find out you all let her go. Needless to say I will not be back to this particular store in Kalispell. You can replace people but you can't replace how one person was. So 5 STARS TO YOUR PAST ASSISTANT ALLISON CHIDESTER. HOWEVER 0 STARS TO THE MAIN MANAGEMENT, AND WHOEVER ELSE WHO WAS OUT TO GET HER.”

“KALISPELLS POPULATION has exploded. This Walmart was horribly,terribly overcrowded. Shoppers get enraged if they have to slow down or move their cart for another to get buy.You could feel the tension. Walmart needs another store here. It is just to crowded. It is just like the Kalispell DMV & Drivers License office. To do a Walk in to get a Driver's License is just not gonna happen.They tell you to go online and make an appointment. Appointments are made far out into the future. When the population dramatically increases hire more or build more.You can't keep going with the Status Quo.”

“I had my ears pierced at Claire’s when I was in college. Needed to now have one re-pierced so Claire’s was my place to go. Riley was so friendly and professional, so knowledgeable and took the time to make sure the site was perfect. Gave thorough post care. Highly recommend.”
