“My young daughters and I were driving through Montana in the middle of the night when our service engine light came on. I stopped at the Conoco and checked the oil, and it was low. I added more oil, but accidentally overfilled it (a homeless man was hovering over me while I did). This was 3:30 a.m. in very frigid temperatures. My girls and I waited with the car running (to keep warm) until 8 a.m. for Lube Korner to open. I didn't want to damage the engine from the overfilled oil. At 7:50 a.m., the owner and his wife explained that they were booked (Saturday, open half day) but squeezed me in immediately and checked my car to read the diagnostic codes. The owner gave me advice on what would help the four codes that registered and said that I was okay to keep driving (he explained why). They didn't charge me for the diagnostic service, and were very gracious. Very friendly people and excellent, knowledgeable service. We are so grateful for this shop!!”
