“Normally, I’m leery of anything that has the word lube after it, but I have to say this was a great experience. I called ahead and they said they could take me right away. Pulled in, didn’t have to get out of the car. Was greeted with an inspection of all exterior lights. They drained the used oil and replaced with new in 10 minutes. I thought it was a great value and they got me back on my schedule. There was no attempt to sell me on engine air filter or cabin air filter. I had just changed them anyway. Well done. I’ll be back.”

“Cheaper than the dealership by a fair margin, with much faster service too. Like any quick oil change place, they’ll try to sell you air filters whenever possible, but they aren’t pushy and air filters do need changed sometimes.”

“Service was excellent, and Rudy was hoping. He ran a tight ship and was cheerful no matter how things panned out. Ressler is BUSY so being your car early! Things did not go as promised-we brought our car in 40 minutes before closing, left it to be serviced “first thing” in the morning, but ressler did not have the oil they needed. Those things were out of Rudy’s control and likely frustrating (they were to us), yet he worked as hard as he could, communicated often and was cheerful. Happy with the work done!”

“Did a pretty good job getting me in and out with the new tires I got. The only thing I wish they would do is to inform people who are unaware that around 50 to 100 miles that you need to retorque your lug nuts if you have aluminum wheels. Other than that im happy.”
