“As I'm driving across Montana, I remembered that I need to send a birthday card and I don't have one with me in the Sprinter van. A quick stop here and now I have a birthday card and I also picked up another pair of jeans. The weather has changed ahead of me and I'm needing more warm pants for the journey. The store is decently laid out and stocked unlike some other Walmarts I have been to lately. Plenty of options to choose from in the greeting cards and they actually had TWO pairs of jeans in the size I need and the color I want. Self-checkout worked fine and I did not need assistance today. “I shop here alot when we are in Miles City. People are mostly friendly haven't had any issues with customer service ... just need more stock in fuller figure clothing but I will definitely still shop here”

“I live in New York and my parents are in Miles City by themselves. I grew up there so I know quite a few people there. I was there for the past year caring for them but had to come back to New York. My mom is in the hospital with covid and my dad is home alone with it. He needed a few critical things tonight and my sister(who lives in Colorado) tried making an online order but since it's late it wouldn't be able to be done till tomorrow. I called Marv(the store manager) and he took it upon himself to grab the items and take them to my dad on his way home. I can't express how much this means to me and my family.
