Barnes & Noble is a great store with a great selection of stuff and books. Many find it exactly as remembered and even better, loving the smell of new books and the chance to sit and lazy the day away. The staff provides the best customer service ever, described as amazing, helpful, super kind, and fantastic. Employees are known to take time to point customers in the right direction, help search the shelves, hunt down hidden copies, and offer amazing recommendations. While some note the sections can be a little hard to figure out alone, and that there is not as much variety or as much comfy seating as in the past, it is still a decent book store. A key feature is that if they do not have a book in stock, they will order it. It is considered kid friendly and a place many cannot wait to go back to.
