Friendly knowledgeable staff brought shoes in to be exchanged they looked them up made sure they had a pair and grab them right away all with a smile

All over the store there are signs that show you how to get bigger discounts. But when I got to the counter, they didn't automatically apply the discounts. I had to ASK, and they seemed very put out.
