I had gone to the Kalispell store this summer for the cabin (which is unbelievably comfy) so I thought I'd give Missoula's store a try for my kid... who is UBER TOUGH to shop with and after going rounds with other stores he wanted to go back to Mattress Firm. “I cannot recommend the Missoula Sleep Number store enough. My husband and I needed a new bed and decided to go to Sleep Number on a whim; we didn’t really know what Sleep Number beds were about until we were educated. Not only were the employees super knowledgeable and walked us through everything, but they had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. You can tell these guys actually enjoy what they do. I asked them why they seemed to genuinely like they’re job so much, and the manager said, “Because I like helping people” and the other two employees echoed the same sentiment. I would recommended anyone looking for a new bed to go see these guys. They deserve a raise!”
“I bought a Scandinavian chair from Modory some 20 years ago. One part of the tilting mechanism recently broke. I spoke with them, not even positive that I bought it from them. They picked the chair up, fixed it, and returned it to me the same day. for NO CHARGE! Exceptional service. Based on that experience I would highly recommend them.”

I have been going through aarons for almost 2 years now. They told me the price from the start (the price from start to finish) and it hasn't changed. Payments are manageable and they are so friendly and kind, friendly, and professional. Anytime I have issues they are here the same day to resolve the issue.on the other end of things I also rent from rent a scammed (I mean center) I go through them for different products. I was told a price at the beginning and almost a year later it somehow changed. They also are trying to scam on payments and are not professional. Long story short if your looking to choose between the two. Go through aarons your experience will be so much better.”
