“All the staff members, at the North Reserve Store, that I have dealt with, today Ethan and all members other days like Tyler, Jen, Brian, Maggie, Jake, and Shawn have all done everything in their power to move a very difficult process along that has taken months to correct and fix. I spent hours on the phone with Corporate Verizon which was very frustrating due to misunderstanding on the corporate end. Without the help from the store employees, I never could have navigated the Verizon Corporate World. This is why it’s so important to have local store and connections. Has it taken months, yes, yet these employees have done everything in their power to fix and make it right.”
