Safelites automated phone system trying to get through and figure out how to navigate it is really clunky I had to give up. But they absolutely made up for it with their technician he was excellent.

This was my first time at Safelite and I was very pleased with their services. A staff member met me outside my car when I pulled up and was very kind and pleasant. It was about 20 min from when I handed off my keys to being paid up and out of there!
