“I have been using the laundromat for a year and a half now. I am also disabled and I most of the time have someone who helps me. But everytime I have had to go on my own, the employees there go out of their way to help me. They have carried my laundry both into the mat and then back to my car. If any of the machines give me problems, they fix it to the best of their ability very quickly. Today, when one of the dryers wouldn't take my quarters they even helped me transfer all my clothes to another dryer.I haven't had to ask for their help often but they always do with a smile on their face and a kind word. They have brightened my day and reminded me that there are still good people out there.”

“Prices are are high, but that may be true in Polson in general. The store is kept clean, and their produce and meat department look great. We were a little frustrated today, 8/23/22. We were in line, had been standing there for about 3-4 minutes, and the checker, a curly blonde haired young man, put up a "Lane Closed" sign between our basket, and the items of the two guys in front of us. He was shaking his head, like we should have known that he was closing down his checkout aisle. We're retired, so it's not a big deal, but it felt pretty rude. We moved to another checkout, where we were served by a very pleasant lady. In the meantime, we watched the young man clock out at 3:56. I used to be an HR director. In my world, clocking out at 3:56 meant you were credited with clocking out at 4:00. I wonder if it's the same in the grocery world.”
