“I'm gonna tell you all about my experience at the Sidney, MT location on the late evening of Monday, July 13th... It's near closing on the tail end of a hot and muggy day in which Wyatt and the rest of the remaining employees have endured a shift without air conditioning. I'd only been in the building for a handful of minutes and i am looking forward to some fresh air outside. I can only imagine how they felt stuck in there for hours. I felt terrible asking to buy a trailer with 19 minutes until closing. Even if there was A/C I'd still feel a schmuck, It takes a bit of time... paperwork, registration, running out for the VIN# etc. Throughout the entire process, even before it was known that I had just driven 90 miles for this purchase, Wyatt was great. Courteous, patient and professional. Towards the end, while Wyatt finished up the registration, Keri jumped in to take care to the remaining legwork outside, unlocking the security cables and such. She also was very polite and professional. Overall, I left a very happy customer. I appreciated being treated with that level of respect. I've found this kind of customer service in many establishments in the Sidney/Fairview area. It's why I continue to return to Richland County for shopping and dining when Williston is the same distance. Thanks TSC!!! ps 4 out of 5 stars is hard to get out of me.”
