“I jumped in my car in my garage and my car was not starting. After a few tries, I finally got it started. I immediately called Yeck's and although it was before operating hours, Mark, the owner, answered and told me to bring it right in. When I arrived, he ran diagnostics on my car and found a defective battery. He said to leave it and they would take care of it. Then he offered to give me a ride to my work. They replaced the battery and I picked it up later in the day. What I want to point out was how they went out of their way to limit my inconvenience and to get me to work. I believe Mark went above and beyond. A true testament to the way he cares for his customers! Thank you Yeck's for taking care of me!”

“I called Jensen early in the morning (8am) looking to swap to our winter tires on our Honda Odyssey. They said they could squeeze it in. I dropped the van off around lunch, done at closing time. “I previously left a 5 start review based on previous experiences but came back to change it to 2 stars.
Today’s experience is less than desirable starting with the arrival. I arrived at 1015 just after opening. Cars were back up to the street as usual. By the time I make it to the window the only girl working is in a 15 minute call for who knows what. The lady working the first bay realizes it’s backing up and goes to assist. I asked for the works plus I quote I want all the vinyl scrubbed clean. I’m leaving it and will be back when you get it. They call 2 hours later they did the basic wash and lightly cleaned the interior. For $65 on a regular cab truck should be spot less…see pictures below. They also didn’t do the works package another $45 so the missed out on money I was willing to pay.”
“I traveled from TN to NE to have Gary work on my car - he rebuilt the engine of my 2009 Honda Accord with 228,000 miles. It drives great with full power. I would trust him to do it again when it hits 500K miles. I am a satisfied customer. Big props to Jennifer - she kept me apprised of progress and kept me updated on a timeline.”
“Was having right front caliper problems on my 2012 Ford Escape. Firestone had quoted me ~$1400 for the cost of parts and labor, but got it in to DIY Garage yesterday and they were able to get it taken care of same day (I just wasn't able to pick it up till today) for only ~$840. They even threw in a free replacement for my passenger side headlight bulb, which had been out for a bit and was needing changed, at no additional cost.
I intend to take my car here for any future problems I might have with it, because this is the quality of service I want in a repair shop.”

“10/10 would recommend. My car broke down on the side of the road. I stumbled upon this place through my insurance company. I’m really glad I did. I got it towed there and called ahead. They told me they’d be glad to take a look at it. Right off the bat it was a positive experience. They called me as soon as my vehicle was done and explained the situation. “I took my car to Chalek's for hail damage repair and my car looks brand new! This is my first time ever claiming a car for hail damage and I called Chalek's a lot asking a lot of questions, and they were always very helpful and professional and answered all my questions, better than my own car insurance company did. There was a lot of hail damage and I couldn't believe how good of a job they did. They even cleaned out the inside of my car too which was a very nice surprise. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for autobody work!”

I'm pretty handy, but the tasks I don't feel confident doing I give to Mike and Larry here at bellevue Tire and Auto. Not only are they extremely easy to work with, but they get it done lightning fast! Every single time. Super personable and easy to work with at a fraction of what the dealer would charge. Even if I were paying more here than some old Joe down the street, I would come here every time for the expertise and efficiency at which they operate.”

In fact, several area mechanics will use Wally's knowledge, if they themselves are in need of some problem solving answers. Wally Onak's shop has been at this location for years. Yes, the shop got hit from the flood, and Wally lost a lot of his expensive tools and equipment, but, he is back open, and working on vehicles again. My personal opinion is that Wally Onak's Auto Repair Shop is a super honest trust worthy Ma and Pop garage. “Originally had car set to go to Midas on the 3rd of January to have breather hose replaced but jeep wouldn't start so had towed day before. I called and explained to Midas and they said no problem. Then I called them on the 3rd after not hearing from them and told oh give me a little longer and I will call you back. I wait three hours and no call. I call back and they said breather hose. They were checking to make sure only problem and asked if I wanted done today. Yes. Said they would call but never did. I call again and told waiting for dealer to call as I also need PVC but can't give me a price. Still waiting and no car with snow storm expected tomorrow. Would love manager to call me immediately.
Follow up, Charlie called and I was refunded money just waiting for banknto approve. They also apologized and are seeing why like get still on.”
“My experience with Offutt Collision Repair was excellent and stress free. I went in for a quote for damage done to my vehicle, I filled out a simple form and they went out and took picture right away. They handled everything with insurance and explained everything I needed to do on my end and they kept me posted. I love that they sent updates via text. My vehicle was super clean and fresh when they finished the repairs. It was a lovely touch! The staff at the front desk were courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. I knew right away that my vehicle was in trusted hands. I have had no issues since the repairs. This was my first time using offutt collision but if I ever need to again this will be the only place I bring my vehicle!”
