“What a smooth and slick process! I rented a van for a girls trip, and Matt was so easy to work with! He was very quick to answer any of my questions, the price was exactly what he quoted me (which was very affordable!), and he assured everything was ready for me. The van was extremely clean, and he showed me all of the functions of it before I drove it off the lot. He also walked around the van to assess any scratches, dents, etc. that were already there, and we did this very thoroughly. I appreciated his service! I will definitely use him in the future!”

“Excellent customer service in Ralston. Listened, understood what we were trying to do, worked with us, and followed up after. After hours drop off saved us a half day of travel to bring it back. And the truck was an absolute beast.”
“I rented various cars from this location on multiple occasions between Oct 2024 and end of Jan 2025. I always took and returned car on time, full gas and lightly cleaned the car. Ali was super accommodating to all of my rental requests, sometime even same day rental requests and also price matched some of my rentals with other avis rental platforms. He even offered discount when I rented for a month and in return I returned the car with full gas and the car washed. I interacted mostly with Ali and two other staffs, all of them were friendly and accommodating. There were instances when I was assigned a dirty car but I immediately brought it up to Ali or others at the front desk and they switched me to a cleaner car. Highly recommend renting car from this location!! Hope you guys have flat bed truck or van, I need it towards the end of the year-will be in touch. ?”

“Read the terms and conditions of the rental and most of these reviews are bc people don’t read. I got my vehicle with a full tank of gas and returned it with a full tank. There is a sign right when you walk in talking about the fuel and how much they charge or buy it yourself. My car was clean and well kept. Had it for a week and extended another week and the guys inside are great to work with! Deff recommend this and their vehicles. Easy check in and out and quick.”

“I received a wagooner at this location and it wasn’t the best experience as the vehicle had issues and which made it harder to return as i was traveling with a baby in the vehicle I spoke with Lillie Decker about the complaints I had and she was super respectful and professional and worked out a nice deal with me so for that I appreciate her! At first i didn’t want to shop her for my rentals but she made it fair and made em want to keep my buisness so once again thank her!!!”
“Very happy. They were the only rental in omaha that had a vampire available for us at short notice. Pickup was super easy and quick. I changed the return location which was also seamless. Cost was also much less than competitors. Thanks for a great deal!”
“Enterprise car rental, I have been using them for years, first time renting in Omaha. I actually took an uber ride to an off site location and saved a few bucks off the rental. Weird but hey do what you can I guess. Ben is a great guy to work with out at Harney st location . The Nissan Sentra had some cosmetic issues but I thought the tires seemed low and they were. Had to stop and fill up the tank and pumped up the tires. The gas thing was noted and so I brought it back about where it was when I picked it up. The AC wasn't blowing cold either but being it was 70 during the day and 50 at night, I was ok with it. I did let them know though. Also the key fob battery was low. But it drove nicely and was getting 44mpg! Sheesh. Couldn't believe that. But did burn too much fuel. Ben also switched my return to the airport. So I didn't need to Uber back to the airport which was nice. Thank you Ben!”
“Loved the pick up option so I didn't have to use Lyft, Uber, or a taxi to get to the pickup location (Council Bluffs IA). Also how helpful Steven at the Council Bluffs location, and Adam at the Elkhart, IN were. I had a number of questions since it was my first time renting. I also appreciate the option to make a reservation using the app, then cancel it with no fees charged if my plans were to change.”
“I have been renting vehicles from Budget frequently for the past year and a half, using the Omaha location on 116th. The service has been incredible. I needed to extend rentals a couple times and they were so accommodating which eased my worries. Vehicles were always clean and in good working condition.”

“It was 2 days before Christmas and all other car rentals where closed, at noon. Budget stayed open till 3pm and she was prepared to wait for me to get a Cab ride, even if it were past 3pm.I can't tell you how good that made me feel”

“This is my all time favorite place to rent vehicles in Nebraska. The staff all deserves a raise or compensation in other forms. I've rented numerous of time's from this location and over all the best one in the 5 states I've rented from. Even when booking online fails to schedule rental of a vehicle they don't have. They go above there means to help the customer and comes up with the best solutions to the issue's at hand.”
“I rented through Kayak and the process was very smooth. Hertz had a clean car waiting for me when I got here. The employees were nice and polite. I would definitely recommend Hertz and the 74 & Dodge location to anyone!”
