“It is really stressful to think about the damage of your car from a collision but Dingman’s Collision Center is here to save your day! I would like to commend their staffs and employees most especially PJ for a job well done! They coordinated well with the insurance and gave a timely update for the progress of the repair and expenses. I will definitely recommend them for those who experienced damages from a collision. “Tabitha was excellent in helping my wife and I plan a European river cruise. She had extensive personal experience with the particular river cruise we chose. This enabled her to provide much valuable and accurate advice. At her recommendation, we timed the cruise so that we could experience the famous tulip gardens near Amsterdam at their peak season! This was a highlight for both of us. She was also very available and generous with her time. We will certainly use Tabitha again in the future!”

“I’ve been renting vehicles from Avis for over six years, and the West Center location continues to be my go-to. I can genuinely say that I have never had a bad experience here.
Every time I walk through the door, I receive exceptional service from the entire team. Even during their busiest times, if the vehicle I reserved isn’t available or there may be a delay, they are courteous enough to reach out and let me know ahead of time. That level of communication and consideration is something I truly appreciate.
In all the years I’ve rented from this location, I’ve never received a vehicle that wasn’t clean inside and out, and I’ve never experienced any mechanical issues. I’ve also never had a problem with the staff or billing. The service has consistently been reliable, professional, and friendly.
There’s a reason I continue to choose Avis after 6+ years, and the West Center team is a huge part of it. They have earned my loyalty and will continue to have my business.

When my vehicle broke down my warranty company covered my rental for a couple days and they canceled it so I had to take over the payments and then while driving one of their rentals, a guy rear-ended me in their car. During this whole experience, they took care of me. They made sure I had a car through all of that. I am very grateful of how well they worked with me.”
“Rented a car from this location for a short road trip. The check-in was easy but thorough (They do a pre-inspection of the vehicle with you before handing over the keys.) Return was also easy. I really appreciated the free ride home as well.”

“My rental was mostly positive. The office process was efficient and friendly. The car, a Kona, was mostly satisfactory. One negative was that at times it smelled of cigarette smoke. That was offensive to me. I don't know if that was caused by a previous renter or by company staff. In either case, the situation should have been addressed early on. The other negative was the limited selection of vehicles - only two; and the other vehicle was not appropriate for my use.”

“This is my all time favorite place to rent vehicles in Nebraska. The staff all deserves a raise or compensation in other forms. I've rented numerous of time's from this location and over all the best one in the 5 states I've rented from. Even when booking online fails to schedule rental of a vehicle they don't have. They go above there means to help the customer and comes up with the best solutions to the issue's at hand.”
“I recently rented from Dollar and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. When we first arrived, the process was incredibly fast and easy. The gentleman at the counter was friendly, professional, and had us on our way in no time.
During our rental period, I noticed the brakes on the vehicle were grinding. I called Dollar, and they immediately told me to bring it in and exchange it for another vehicle. I was honestly preparing myself for a lengthy and frustrating process, but it turned out to be the exact opposite. Jill, who was working the counter in the garage, was kind, empathetic, and incredibly efficient. She quickly got me into a new vehicle, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes.
When it came time to return the rental, we were helped by Ish, who provided exceptional customer service. He helped my daughter and me with our belongings, was patient, friendly, and never made us feel rushed.
It’s rare to receive such consistently excellent service from multiple employees throughout an entire rental experience. Dollar made everything easy, stress-free, and pleasant. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others.”
