“We rented a vehicle through Costco travel and decided Enterprise as they had the best rates for an SUV at the beginning of December.
The check in process was easy, slight wait time as there was only one person working the counter on a Wednesday evening around 6pm.
When we went to the garage the guy told us our two options, which both were clean and ready to go.
Dropping the vehicle off was a breeze too! Would rent again from this location!”

“The Nissan Rogue was provided as a repair replacement for our Toyota Highlander when the Chevy Equinox on your lot had an engine light show up. The Rogue had not been prepped and cleaned. Minor irritations, really, and had nothing to do with the drivability of the Rogue.”

“Recently rented a car for a road trip, the cost of the car for the week was less than a plane ticket when I got to the enterprise store in Millard, I was greeted with friendly staff. They knew about my online reservation. Had my car ready to go and I was in and out and under 15 minutes I appreciate everything they did. I would definitely recommend them”
“I made a reservation a few weeks in advance, my car was pulled up and ready for my scheduled arrival and I was able to leave within 15 mins of arriving at the location.
The car was dirty, I think there was an oversight when it came to cleaning the interior due to their high volume. But Callie was able to accommodate me and addressed my concern. She is the best! If/when I come back to Omaha, I would feel comfortable coming back to this Enterprise.”

“Let me start with what I don't like about Enterprise, you can never contact your local branch by phone. It is so frustrating to need help and have to be sent to some call center that neither knows your situation or how best to help you. It is totally frustrating, and if it wasn't for the service I received from the people in Omaha I would not be as positive as I am now. You really need to fix it. Every time I try to call the branch I get a different person from who knows where in the world. Come on Enterprise, figure that out.
The thing I liked most about renting from Enterprise, and I believe that this is specifically at this branch, was the customer service and the people we worked with. I especially want to highlight the service of Julian Makhla at the West Dodge Branch in Omaha, NE. I mentioned that we could never reach the branch and he offered his personal cell phone in case we had issues, and we did, more than one. The first time we called Julian for help it was on his day off, but he was so gracious and helpful and fixed us up right away. The next time our vehicle needed an oil change, and again we called Julian on his cell phone and he found us a Jiffy Lube in Texas that was close to our stay and could easily perform the work for us. Austin Stonechipher was another Enterprise employee that was always very helpful. To be honest though, all of the employees at that branch were great to work with and I will definitely go back to them. They deserve an award!”
“I have been renting vehicles from Budget frequently for the past year and a half, using the Omaha location on 116th. The service has been incredible. I needed to extend rentals a couple times and they were so accommodating which eased my worries. Vehicles were always clean and in good working condition.”
“It was 2 days before Christmas and all other car rentals where closed, at noon. Budget stayed open till 3pm and she was prepared to wait for me to get a Cab ride, even if it were past 3pm.I can't tell you how good that made me feel”

“This is my all time favorite place to rent vehicles in Nebraska. The staff all deserves a raise or compensation in other forms. I've rented numerous of time's from this location and over all the best one in the 5 states I've rented from. Even when booking online fails to schedule rental of a vehicle they don't have. They go above there means to help the customer and comes up with the best solutions to the issue's at hand.”
“My experience at Dollar Rental Center was first class. I like that you could get off the plane and stay indoors to the get to the rental car destination because it was 28°,dropping and the snow flurries started. I arrived at Dollar Rental and a young man name Isaiah help me out. He was very professional, courteous and kind and make sure I understood my contract thoroughly. To get to my rental car I had to go to the garage where it was covered. A nice lady named Brittany gave me the keys and made sure I understood all the bells and whistles that came with the car. She was awesome! I ended up with a Hyundai Sonata, which was a really nice car. I had a 90 minute ride to Sioux City and it was a nice drive even with light snowing. The thing I love most about the car was the heated seats, they kept my bum and my back warm and comfy. I’ll definitely use this company again if I’m in this part of the world and need a rental :)”
“Nathan in the Hertz location at 2571 S 171st Ct, Omaha is awesome! Rapid check-in, rapid return, and very polite. We rented an intermediate SUV for a week, and it was the most comfortable vehicle for long travel I've ever rented. All safe driving features were operational, and really made the trip more relaxing! I highly recommend this location for your next rental in West Omaha!”

The young lady, at the other car, rental counter was rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. Fortunately, the two young ladies at the Budget kiosk were wonderful, helpful, and delightful. Brittani & Nicolette - thank you for understanding what a challenging day we had had and for being so wonderful by helping us get a great car at a fair rate. our trip to Omaha had been planned for over a year and a half, and to have a snafu such as having no rental car on the day of arrival was terrifying and overwhelming at the end of an exhausting travel day. “I tipped my side mirror backing out of the garage. It fell apart in two pieces. I went to Dingman’s to see hopefully if it could be fixed and not replaced. John came out immediately and was able to snap it back together! No charge!! I was totally surprised as I had expected to need an appointment to have it repaired! Not too many places would do that!
