“I recently used Dingman's off of Saddle Creek to handle a busted mirror on my car. At first, my experience wasn't so great due to a miscommunication that occurred with their staff when I initially called them, resulting in me not being able to get a quote when I had planned. However, management reached out to me and made sure to set it right. They got me in that day for a quote, and got it handled promptly within the week. They did an excellent job and went out of their way to make sure I got taken care of. Will definitely go back to Dingman's for any future needs.”

I was stuck in the northeast during the winter 2022 storm and Alamo was the only car service that would allow me to drive a car out of the northeast to get back home in the Midwest. Working with Tabitha was always pleasant, and even when a couple minor glitches came about (nothing Tabitha did or didn't do-just VERY minor things), she was right there to answer questions and guide things in the right direction!! “Angelica was amazing. I had gotten in a car accident and i'd made an appointment at enterprise and I got there. And they told me I had my reservation canceled by them. Because there were no cars available. Even though like I said, they'd made my reservation and confirmed it. And it was still active anyway so I had no car. I already having a bad day. Am I friend referred me to Avis So she took me there and they were so kind And helpful she already had the car picked out. I mean, we did call ahead of time. But still she had already had everything ready to go for me. We were super quick. She was super friendly. Not to mention that I do love this Car That I rent said I definitely would recommend going to them for any rental. I know they're a little more expensive sometimes than enterprise. But i'm telling you it's worth it”

“I was super crabby this morning before I dropped my rental off, but when I got to Avis, that all changed! I’ve never met a more lively, friendly Avis team. And this was all on a Monday morning! They were so kind, especially Steve, who offered to drop me off at my gate because of how much equipment/luggage I was trying to carry. He even helped me bring my luggage inside the terminal so I could check it. Truly unbelievable customer service; I was blown away by his generosity. He, unknowingly, turned my entire day around. “Got free upgrade because the hot-head in front of us decided not to take the jeep he had reserved so they gave him our compact car. Giving us their only vehicle. The jeep which was better for us with my chair. All of our luggage and the wheelchair and everything I bought on the trip and the cooler. Pillows and blankets for the cabin. We loved the jeep so much, especially at the compact price, we bought a Sante Fe. Budget is the company I choose as a retired travel agent.”

“This is my favorite Avis location in the area. I rent cars about every 6-8 weeks and this location always gives me clean cars that are in great condition. Aaron is there literally every time I’m in and they are just the kindest human. Always so helpful and understanding and you can tell they actually enjoy their job, which makes every interaction great. Honestly, Aaron is 95% of the reason I rent exclusively from this location. There is something to be said for feeling like if there ever was an issue, an employee would absolutely do whatever they could to fix the problem the best they could, and Aaron is 1000% that person.”

“Made my reservation online. Got a call from Gordon to confirm. He was very clear about what I needed to bring and what time to be there to pick up the cargo van. I was a little early, got through the paperwork, and then did a Walther of the van with Gordon. He answered all my questions and explained their expectations for when the vehicle was returned. Van worked well for what we need. I filled the tank and stored the van off. Gordon wiped the inside of the van down, checked the fuel, mileage, and back of the van. He got my receipt and I was on my way.Gordon was very friendly and fun to chat with. Would definitely reserve with them again in the future.”

He moved my luggage into the new car and got my phone connected right away in the Nissan. Thanks Sterling!”
