“I was in an accident and had to get a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop getting repaired. I rented from Hertz in Bellevue, NE and had a wonderful experience! The car was extremely clean and ran great. My own vehicle took awhile to get repaired so I had to extend the rental period. I was afraid that it would be a hassle trying rent the car for longer than I initially thought but it was a breeze and all it took was a 2 minute phone call. Nick and Austin were very professional and made the car rental process easy. If you're looking to rent a car from a company that truly cares about customer service look no further than Hertz in Bellevue.”

At first, my experience wasn't so great due to a miscommunication that occurred with their staff when I initially called them, resulting in me not being able to get a quote when I had planned. However, management reached out to me and made sure to set it right. They got me in that day for a quote, and got it handled promptly within the week. “Unfortunately, someone hit my car at my jobs parking lot and took off without coming in to say something. From beginning to end Enterprise was wonderful with helping me get a rental! They even picked me up and dropped me off at the body shop. Maria, a wonderful employee went over the rental car agreement with me, and checked it over with me when I dropped it off, a great asset! There is a driver named Bob who was great to talk to from the body shop to Enterprise and back. He's another great asset to your company! I really had no issues with Enterprise at all, I would use them again!!”

“Highly recommend planning vacations with Tabitha at Your Travel.First trip to Disney (Orlando) for us- with a child with a disability- so probably more questions and anxieties than one would typically have. Working with Tabitha was always pleasant, and even when a couple minor glitches came about (nothing Tabitha did or didn't do-just VERY minor things), she was right there to answer questions and guide things in the right direction!! Everything was perfectly planned out as to what we asked for from the second we left home to the second we came back, from transports to flights, park info, all other accommodations, and everything in between. Couldn't ask for a better first experience with a travel agent and major trip!”
“Recently, we returned a truck to this Budget Rental location and I lost my wedding band, which happened to be in the truck. I took a change calling the company to see if my ring was found, and Andrea/Amanda, can’t remember her name..went and looked for the ring and found it! I was so ecstatic that she was honest and my ring was returned, a quality truly admired in these times. Staff with integrity is valued and I will return”
“The rental was fine, But the drop off was amazing. We dropped off at Chicago O’Hare airport and the individual working outside from 5:30 am - 6:30 am was probably one of the most genuine people ever. My wife and I had a lot of bags and he helped us find two luggage carts and then helped us navigate through the parking garage to get to the main part of the airport. I do now remember his name but he had brown hair and glasses and was wearing an Avis beanie and jacket. Thank you so much!”

“This is my favorite Avis location in the area. I rent cars about every 6-8 weeks and this location always gives me clean cars that are in great condition. Aaron is there literally every time I’m in and they are just the kindest human. Always so helpful and understanding and you can tell they actually enjoy their job, which makes every interaction great. Honestly, Aaron is 95% of the reason I rent exclusively from this location. There is something to be said for feeling like if there ever was an issue, an employee would absolutely do whatever they could to fix the problem the best they could, and Aaron is 1000% that person.”

“It was 2 days before Christmas and all other car rentals where closed, at noon. Budget stayed open till 3pm and she was prepared to wait for me to get a Cab ride, even if it were past 3pm.I can't tell you how good that made me feel”
“Friendly staff and helpful with assisting customers. They saved me money, and were able to change my reservation correctly when the online portal would not cooperate. They are much more cheaper than U-Haul, and the service is just as good, if not better - just less locations, so it was a bit more difficult returning a one way rental.”

“Made my reservation online. Got a call from Gordon to confirm. He was very clear about what I needed to bring and what time to be there to pick up the cargo van. I was a little early, got through the paperwork, and then did a Walther of the van with Gordon. He answered all my questions and explained their expectations for when the vehicle was returned. Van worked well for what we need. I filled the tank and stored the van off. Gordon wiped the inside of the van down, checked the fuel, mileage, and back of the van. He got my receipt and I was on my way.Gordon was very friendly and fun to chat with. Would definitely reserve with them again in the future.”
“Truck had to go to the shop for service and while it was out of commission forrest was able to get me a nice truck for the meantime. He was quick and helpful and wasn’t trying to force me into any upsells that I didn’t want/need. Would come back”
