“This place is the absolute BEST for all your shipping needs whether it be UPS dropoff, the US postal service or FedEx. You can also pay to ship with all three and they will give you a price compare for each one when you are looking for the best price. They have I think 2 pick ups for each service a day and the people who now own this place, the original owner probably deserved a much needed break from the industry let's face it, it's a stressful and customer service HEAVY choice, he was an amazing guy always ready to give a smile and I admit I miss him a lot. The new owners are also wonderful and are great at everything he did as well. Give this place a try you won't be disappointed they are the most accurate place in all southwest Omaha in my opinion and I do $#;@LOAD of shipping lol”

“Pete was great, very helpful and got my 200 page book printed double-sided color three hole punched with cover and edge binder plus sold me a three binder, finished in record time. About 15 or 20 minutes.
The copy machine does the three hole punch so it’s perfect.”

“This is, in my opinion, the BEST Fed Ex location in the Omaha area! My family and I have several print projects a year that we like to take to the professionals, and this office's staff is always supportive, patient, and eager to do what they can to make our projects a success. (Including helping us to find the best price!)
Several employees have been incredible to us (and have been consistent over the years) - going so far as to call me with questions on a wedding sign that they believed was missing text. Knowing how important it was, they made sure to check with us before printing (a friend was adding calligraphy to it after printing) but the fact that they cared enough to call instead of just printing it as a mistake and forcing us to spend more money says it all.
Most recently, Seth in particular was instrumental in helping to get a strange-sized print done virtually and on unexpected short notice. He was understanding and ready to do what he could to help us.

“Someone else’s package was delivered to me and a package I was waiting for said it was delivered, but it was not. After 3 calls to the 800# across 2 different days and no success, I decided to go talk to someone in person. Thank you, Julio! He took the time to understand the mishap (two labels on one box) and got me to the right person to get it squared away. He was awesome - he listened and he helped me. Now, let’s hope that my box is found and delivered!”

“My only complaint is the parking lot bc it's not the easiest or most convenient to get in and out of. It's in one way and out the other, and when you're pulling out onto Saddlecreek, it can be difficult to see the oncoming cars bc they fly around the corner.”

“The new practices that postmaster DeJoy implemented during his term have affected the service immensely, there are so many negative changes that it doesn't run as efficiently as it use to. He did everything in his power to help trump win by removing sorting machines, closing offices in rural areas, lowered work force and slowed down service. They have lost items I mailed, one I got back a year later returned without delivery. The staff in our local office make up for it by being nice and going out of their way to help you, even they don't have anything nice to say about postmaster that removed boxes so there weren't as many ballot boxes for mail-in voting. I really like our local office & employees working there, they have all of the new products and boxes one needs.”

“Considering the amount of traffic the USPS employees see on a daily basis... I have nothing but gratitude for Tim, Terri, Frank and the other employees that are working in the back. (That we don't see) So many people are so quick to get upset over such trivial situations that they've had with the USPS, and it makes me sick!!! Try putting yourselves in their shoes. I couldn't do what they do, or put up with all the ignorant customers they deal with EVERY DAY!!! If you're not happy with the USPS.... Go elsewhere. I'm thankful for the service provided, but more importantly. I appreciate the individuals providing the service!”

“FedEx is more than just a shipping store. As the name implies you can do a great deal of printing at this location as well. I only needed a few copies and the counter help was exceptionally helpful, took me right to the machine showed me how it worked, and I was out of there in less than five minutes. The good news is that for the number of copies that I made the price was a good value, and in light of Covid restrictions you can pay right at the machine with a credit card instead of having to wait on another line at the counter. Services at this location include anything you would need for office support including workstations. Located at the corner of Dodge and 72nd St. they are in the heart of Omaha with easy access and free parking. I suggest you check this place out should you need any printing, copying, or shipping support.”

“Absolutely hands down the best store I have dealt with out of any shipping company. This location especially is employees deserve a raise no matter what they are being paid. They are always friendly they're always hopeful. They open the door whenever you are near it and they have a smile on their face. Plus the packages get there on time most the time it's early. This is unheard of in the shipping industry from my experience over the last 12 years. I ship out almost daily except for sunday's obviously and I have used every carrier there is and these people are exceptional here. I have nothing but good things to say and recommend them highway. This is due to the employees 100%. Managers and owners please take care of them people like this are very hard to find if I could find employees like this I would be a millionaire ?”
