“I had my driver and irons fitted by Ryan. He was amazing and very patient. He made me hit over 150 shots until i had the best fitted clubs in my hand. We hit over 120 shots for fitting a driver and he tirelessly made adjustment to club weights, loft angles, shaft type and the driver itself. Austad's have a great selection to choose from and i was able to find something that fits me perfectly. I would recommend Ryan and Austad's to anyone who loves the game of golf whether they are a beginner or a pro.”

Everyone was knowledgeable and listened to what I was trying to achieve with my bowling game and suggested what was best to help get me on the right track when the lanes dry up. “I have been wearing the Brooks Dyad for several years and have never had an injury, blisters, etc. Unfortunately Brooks discontinued this specific shoe. I've ran my last pair of Dyad's into the ground and came to Peak Performance to find a shoe that would match closely to the Dyad. It's a difficult shoe to match. To me its pretty basic and fits my feet perfectly. Knowing this, AJ called several places trying to find my size in the Dyad. Much to my suprise, he found my size at another running store and arranged for me to call and have them send the shoe to me. AJ has always been great to work with. He continues to go above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of. Peak Performance is very lucky to have him as part of their team.

“I started tennis back up after quite a few years of not playing and wanted to invest in a new racket. I decided to try racquet corner out after reading that I could borrow rackets to try them out before buying. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, asking me questions to figure out which racket would best suit me. I tried two rackets and loved one. Throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or rushed to buy anything either-they always said they could just re-string my current one if I found I liked my current one the best, which I really appreciated. A few weeks later, I walked out with a great new racket that I am very happy with!”

“Awesome place not very many of these stores in the Midwest! If you need bjj gear this is the place to go. They have a large selection of gi and no gi rashgaurd and shorts”
“Solid selection of Iowa team gear. Joe, behind the register was pleasant to interact with. Could do WITHOUT all the Nebraska items. For a store located in Iowa, cant agree with seeing all of the Nebraska or Creighton items. I understand Council Bluffs is directly adjacent to Omaha, Nebraska...but shoppers have PLENTY of places to find that stuff in Omaha.
One suggestion......the whole world isnt filled with men who wear XL or smaller. There are some men who require a bigger size! 98% of the clothing in the store will not fit me. Very disappointing that sizes barely reach 2x in the store. My suggestion, ditch all the Nebraska & Creighton items, and replace that with larger sizes of Iowa gear. I suppose you can throw a little bit of Iowa State stuff in there as well. They have a couple of fans also, I guess.”
“Bought my sons football helmet here last season. It still fits for this season but a clip broke during a practice this past week. Long story short brought it in to Hauffs and they took care of it for me free of charge with A+ customer service!”

“Good store. Staff was helpful. If you need to go to the restroom, you need to go through the back exit, which i found a little shady, but it was ok. Only qratiqe was they didn't have the shoe i was looking for. If you guys get Ja's, I'll come immediately and buy them. I love famous footwear and will most likely come again”
“Went for Supernovas gear and their selection was great! Prices are a little steep but the shirts and sweatshirts look like good quality. The checkout person told me one ran small and suggested to size up, and she was right. I like that attention to detail.”

“Twas an average day, a tuesday I believe, the day I decided to take a gander within the University of Nebraska-Omaha Bookstore. Was around noonish, when I was lured into a dazzling world full of amazing sights and thrilling merchandise. I discovered all the UNO swag one could ever desire, clothing, decor, even mugs! They also had all the supplies I needed for my classes. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, leaving a lasting impression of welcomeness upon my heart. I came in looking for a pencil, but left with so much more.”

“Very nice selection of shoes and sneakers and Boots. Also Crocs. The store is well laid out and clean, the assistance was very helpful and pleasant. I purchased two pairs of sneakers and was able to receive a $20 discount on my purchase. That paid for the socks I bought. I was impressed with the selection that they had I was impressed with the prices. Their clearance rack was truly remarkable, the stuff on it really was worth buying unlike some clearance racks where you wouldn't buy anything on it. I highly recommend Famous Footwear.... Is also conveniently located and has plenty of good parking..”

“This place is always our first stop for sporting goods in the area. They have a good selection for all types of sports, so no matter the season we are able to go here for most of the items we need. The service is always great and everyone is very helpful when you need them. The value is mid level, as their prices are usually on the high side, but you can usually find a coupon for a percentage off somewhere. Overall, not a bad place to start your sports shopping, and if you can't find what you need, make the trip to Scheels for their two floors worth of selection!”
