“solid 4 stars. professional traveler here. pros are room size includes a full kitchen, room was one of the cleanest ive had and has a free laundry room to use that is actually clean not full of hogshit washed clothes, next to a walmart and chain restaurants location is good nice part of town.
cons are property needs updated but its all cosmetic the important things are ok, no usb outlet anywhere in the room, no pool or breakfast, and parking lot has potholes you can swim in the grand canyon is jealous. wow the size of the potholes around here rival the size of the local waistlines.”
“Best place for a spa party for little girls. Had a 5 year old party there, the decorations were so fun and they took care of each friend there. We did the belle and beauty package, with a few add ons, and they really did a great job with transitions and making sure there was time for everything in 2 hours. Highly recommend!”
“I stayed so long I got hungry and had to leave for a meal. I would have stayed even longer if not for dietary restrictions.It had trains I could walk on, video games from my youth, and extensive history of Omaha.I highly recommend this place for train and history lovers!”
“Edgar Allen Poe Speakeasy: The entire event was very well done. The staff/performers were AMAZING. The event was fun, entertaining, engaging the entire time.
The drinks were all good and overall this was a wonderful time out and very much worth the rather affordable price. Have some fun with it and dress at least a bit the part to really get into it!”
“Cleaning I found my Old Xbox 360 and the power block went bad. I wanted to see if my last save on Skyrim was still on it. The owners were so friendly and helpful providing me a power block that worked and batteries for my controller to miraculously find Skyrim still downloaded and my 100 hour save file! If you have any gaming needs you need to check this place out, the service, help, and knowledge is fantastic! 5 stars!”
“I was looking for a place where I could meet some Polish people and stay in touch with Polish culture in Lincoln/Omaha and I’m so glad I found this venue! It’s a wonderful place for anyone who loves Poland and everything Polish. There’s lots of fun events, from dance nights, Polish films screenings and carol singing to craft workshops, they are family friendly, the venue is gorgeous and the food is so yummy. We’ve only been in the area for a couple of months, but Polish home of Omaha is already like a second home to us. We made friends with some amazing people and already have a lot of memories to cherish forever thanks to everyone who puts so much heart and effort into running this lovely place. Check it out and you won’t regret it!”

“Our company recently hosted our Holiday Party at The Empire Room, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From start to finish, everything about this venue exceeded our expectations.
The layout and aesthetic of the space were stunning, especially with the gorgeous Christmas trees and lighting that perfectly complemented the holiday atmosphere. The backdrop of the lit trees at Turner Park added an extra touch of magic, making the evening feel truly special.
One standout feature was the beautiful hosted bar—elegant and fully stocked, it was a major highlight of the night. Onsite parking with validation was another huge plus, solving a common challenge with venues in the Omaha Metro area.
We were especially impressed with the service provided by Beth Reher, the event planner included with the venue rental. She was an absolute rockstar—10/10 for her meticulous attention to detail and seamless coordination. Knowing we had someone as capable and proactive as Beth on our team made all the difference.

“My family and I have been parish members from day 1. (50 years). While the church was being built masses were held in the gym at Sandoz Elementary next door....Archbishop Sheehan ordered a new parish for Southwest Omaha because Mary Our Queen wasn't large enough to handle everyone anymore. Father Pat (McCaslin)was the second priest after Father Schwab retired. Father Pat, since retired has been our "family priest" ever since his days at St. Therese's in NE Omaha.The parish closed about 10 years ago. We would sometimes have family masses in my grandparents home. Family members could just walk in their home.....Even Father Pat just walked in. Just an FYI.....Mass times have changed. Weekday masses are still at 9 am. Weekend masses are a 5:30 pm vigil on Saturday's, 7:30 and 10:30 am on Sunday's.....”

“I love the people and the atmosphere: there is always something interesting going on. The Octoberfest is one of the many reoccurring events there. There are quite a few social clubs to satisfy all kinds of interests too: beer making, wine tasting, sausage making, shooting, dancing, board games, etc.”
“We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely beautiful. All of our guests were impressed by how romantic and well decorated the hall was. It was well organized, neat and clean. Candy is so sweet, easy to work with and accommodating. I loved working with her and highly recommend using the Belvedere for any occasion. They were wonderful!”

“I went to this venue for my cousin’s wedding reception on Sat. Oct. 29. My trip to Omaha, Nebraska is between Thursday, Oct. 27-Monday, Oct. 31 from Saint Louis, Missouri. One of the bartenders at the open bar was very nice. She did a very great job with making/serving our drinks at the bar. It was a great place to have both the cocktail hour and the wedding reception. The server did an excellent job with serving our salad and meals. The room was great for dancing to the music that the DJ played on the left side. I recommend this place for occasional events like wedding receptions in the Omaha, Nebraska area.”

“Easy to navigate facility. Guest laundry is complimentary. There is a fitness center with free weights and cardio equipment. Great for a workout after traveling all day.
My husband and I enjoyed a comfortable, peaceful night’s sleep. Quiet atmosphere which enabled us to really rest after a long day of driving.
Overall, affordable and nice. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Attended an awards ceremony here. Super cool place. The design of the space feels retro in a way that's classy and timeless. Because it was winter, it was already dark by the time I got there and I didn't get a very good chance to see the view. Not sure if the food was their regular menu or special banquet food, it was mostly heavy appetizers. It was all good, but nothing too special. The fried ravioli had meat inside and was not labeled, a vegetarian friend unknowingly bit into one - that was not great. Food was a buffet but servers were friendly and attentive to clearing tables. The christmas lights added a lot to the vibe; it gave it such a magical feel like walking into an old movie scene. There were some sections where it seemed the lighting was a little harsh rather than moody, but I was lucky enough not to be sitting in any of them.”
“It was so neat to get a bit more history of Omaha and hear about the Joslyns. The tour started with a video and then we got to visit all three floors. Our tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable. It was great to hear that the trust/foundation is continually working to restore aspects of the building and grounds. Definitely worth the time, especially if you live in Omaha.”
“I happened to visit the MasterCraft building and The Living Room is one of the businesses in that building. There is plenty of parking; the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. The Living Room has a big sign so it is easy to find.”

“WE WENT TO FOE 38 IN Omaha they have a very nice club and we were treated very well. They had a fish sandwich that was real good. For only $ 5.00 I'll be back tomorrow for the steak dinner.”
“We held a baby shower at the Papillion VFW party room (upper level, with its own entrance off the street). It was very affordable compared to many other potential locations, and the person in charge of renting the facility was super easy to work with and very friendly. The facility was larger than what we needed, but again, it was the best price. The facility has a nicely waxed tile floor that would be great if dancing, and then a carpeted area, which we didn't use other than as a staging area for unused tables and chairs. There's a fireplace feature on wall and a large screen TV on the other. There is a patio area for smokers. The kitchen was nice but either there is no access to the drawers (if needing any towel, wash cloths, etc for clean up) or they just didn't give us the key to unlock the drawers. I'm not sure, so just in case, bring in your own cleaning supplies. Bathrooms were clean and there's a fresh coat of paint on the wall. A perfect blank canvas for your party needs.”

“Nothing bad to say, we stayed here for a few days and the location, breakfast, pool and rooms were all very good. The hotel is clean and modern, the breakfast was well stocked even when it got busy on the weekend. The room was big and very clean. Very happy with our stay here.”
