The Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel offers a wonderful and lovey experience with very nice, clean, and comfortable rooms that are spacious and quiet. Guests enjoy the pool and find the service to be outstanding, top notch, friendly, attentive, welcoming, and extraordinarily helpful. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and goes out of their way to ensure everyone feels very cared for, making the service feel organized, warm, and effortless. The hotel is also incredibly accommodating and accessible for guests with mobility needs. Dining is a highlight, with delicious and elegantly prepared food at the on-site restaurant. The afternoon tea service is excellent, featuring an unforgettable set tea menu and treats. Food and drinks can be found in the hotel or nearby. The valet service is very helpful and provides great service with a great attitude. Overall, the hotel provides one of the best experiences, leading guests to state they will absolutely be back and intend to return for years to come.
Exceptional and kind staff. Very clean and accommodating great location. However, I’ve never heard of a hot tub closing at 8 PM and the pool. So if you check in at four, and you’re only there for one night and you get to the pool by six well you do the math.

A little crowded during the stay but overall beautiful hotel, lots of amenities and the pillow and blankets just let ya sink in! 🫶
