Jordan was our team lead and he was very knowledgeable and communicated with everyone very professionally.If you are reading this, look up Habitat for Humanity and give a few hours to help a family with your sweat labor.Habitat for Humanity is a great organization and they are doing some very good things in Omaha, for the people of Omaha. They have several programs to help families become a home owner.”

“Amazing people,today I had two trucks ahead of me, and I had one hour to be at my pick up for next load, I explained the gentleman in what situation I was in and he gave me a door and got me unloaded in less than 20 minutes. I am very grateful for what he did, and that’s why I’m giving them five stars.”
“Staff is always helpful, and the store is always clean and organized. On a side note (which matters to me) they must treat their employees pretty well, because I see the same happy and friendly employees regularly since this location opened.”

“It was an interesting experience. Not exactly what we were expecting it to be though. But I'd recommend it to someone trying to find a deal. From what we saw you can get some random items for about half the price as they are at Target or other sales places. But stock and inventory changes frequently. Stop by and give it a shot you never know!”
“Hard ti find at the back of a recycling facility. But personnel were Very helpful and got me loaded fast.Also, I Avenue ("Eye") is blocked East of the Interstate. Had to turn around to use J Avenue and down a few blocks farther, to circumnavigate the construction closure.”

“Let's face it... we all walk in with a cart, with the idea of only getting a rotisserie chicken... yet we end up with a cart full of stuff we never knew we needed and never intended to get. What's not to love? Get your strawberries , pork loin, garden hose, and new dishes while the bakers are making your cake and your $1.50 hotdogs is being ordered. What more do you need? Maybe a tire or two! Best of all, is if there is something you buy and it doesn't "taste just right" or just doesn't work out for you, you can return that item without any hassle. I like the fact that they have also started checking people's Costco cards at the check out, to ensure that it truly is a member using the membership. Sadly I do have one complaint about this Costco location, and I'm sorry to say I've heard the same complaint over and over by customers standing next to me. Remember I mentioned the chicken we all originally went in for? Well my complaint ( and others ) seem to get the same guy putting out the chicken and he tends to take his time doing so and tries to control how many he will put out at a time. I've heard comments from people asking "what's his deal?" or "does he think he needs to control the chicken output?" Worst of all I heard one patron call him " the chicken nazi". Now he seems to get those chickens out all at one time when he has management hanging about , but other than that, it's a bit of a downer when we see him dealing out the chicken. I know it's petty, I get that! But I came in for just a chicken and ended up getting a set of tires! Still giving 5 stars!”
“I've been OTR for 6 years and this was the quickest shipper ever! I was loaded (full truckload) in 20 minutes. Paperwork in hand and out the guard shack in 30. My dispatch thought I was lying when I told them I was already loaded up. Perfect example of how a warehouse should operate!”

“Once a newsprint catalog that rolled into my boyhood home bringing all the novelty crapola that made the 70s so charming, Oriental Trading made paper cocktail umbrellas and Chinese handcuffs must have lifestyle accoutrements. Fast forward four decades or so and a search for mass quantities of cheap plastic Easter eggs led me to the modern digital incarnation of the OT, a company that I had long thought defunct. They had the eggs and... the umbrellas and handcuffs were just where I left them forever etched in cheese-laden posterity. Only now, much to my surprise, this tribute to novelty obsolescence is owned by Warren Buffet's Berkshire Hathaway. Who knew there was such profit lurking under their mountains of disposable junk? The eggs came... pronto I might add but I couldn't bear to order the wax teeth and the instant sea monkeys... just add water. Four stars for just being true to themselves. Truth be told I just might go back for the sea monkeys.”
