They have a great feature to protect your debit card by freezing it. Union Bank & Trust have the most trusted security measures in place but not so you cannot access your account. They go out of their way to help you and provide the best experience!”

“I lost my card & put in an order for a new one, and I was told it would take ten days to get to me. No problem. After two weeks of waiting (through the holiday) I finally call back and ask why I haven't received it. I am told I will get a call back to discuss the issue once the (I suppose manager?) is back in their office. I received no call back. After 3 hours I finally call & am told she is helping another customer and they'll call me back. Again. So I wait another half-hour before I am told the card order was never put in & I am going to have to wait another 10 days to receive my new card. Now I'm out over 20 days without ability to pay, and I can't access my money through my mobile account as my lost card has been shut off. Barely an apology from staff. Utterly ridiculous.EDIT: They ended up reaching out to me and provided some compensation for the issue. I appreciate the gesture, and have adjusted my review from one star to reflect their concerns that this issue be resolved. Thank you.”
