“Their cell service used to be somewhat limited in terms of roaming and data, but after coming back from straight talk their plans have improved a lot and the customer service is great, they helped us every step of the way from getting our numbers ported to straight talk and getting them back to viaero service again. Will likely be using their service for a long time again now that they have data roaming.”

“Friendly staff. The store is understaffed for sure. After purchasing an IPhone, I was told Apple Watch would be “free” but would have to pay the monthly service fee. After I found out I was stuck on this monthly fee for 3 years, I did not want it anymore. They followed policy which would charge restocking fee without me or the product leaving the store! After complaining , they did the right thing. However, please don’t charge restocking fees if the product does not leave the store( I didn’t even touch it)!”
