“This is a Corporate store, so if you want the promo deals come to this one, the other store in town doesn't give you the same deals. I did have an appointment at this store the other day to upgrade our phones, and they didn't have the phone that I wanted even though they said two days prior they had plenty of them which is why I didn't have them save me one, "which is what I should have done" but either way, this is by far the best US Cell store in town.”

“Jerry exceeded our expectations with his expertise and vast knowledge! I drove from Omaha to help my 84 year old mother run errands and she was very specific as to what time we could go to Selectel. She made it clear that she had to work with Jerry. After I watched Jerry treat my mother with so much respect and patience, I too became a huge fan! Her phone was an absolute mess and not only did he fix it, he taught her how to organize it and what to do to avoid getting a virus in the future. The customer service was exceptional. Jerry is a wizard with cell phones!”
