“Their cell service used to be somewhat limited in terms of roaming and data, but after coming back from straight talk their plans have improved a lot and the customer service is great, they helped us every step of the way from getting our numbers ported to straight talk and getting them back to viaero service again. Will likely be using their service for a long time again now that they have data roaming.”

“This is a Corporate store, so if you want the promo deals come to this one, the other store in town doesn't give you the same deals. I did have an appointment at this store the other day to upgrade our phones, and they didn't have the phone that I wanted even though they said two days prior they had plenty of them which is why I didn't have them save me one, "which is what I should have done" but either way, this is by far the best US Cell store in town.”

“Amber did an outstanding job of helping her customers! We were in and out within an hour. We had stopped at the other US cellular store and they had 4 people in line. After we had been here for 30 minutes one of the people standing in line at the other place showed up. She started to multi-task and did a great job!”

“I actually enjoyed my experience at the store specifically because of one employee. Her name is Holly, and she is an amazing and very well informed saleswoman. She answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured to buy or sign into a contract until i was ready and comfortable with knowing about everything I was getting into. She answered all my questions no matter how complex or idiotic my questions may have seemed to her. Holly made sure she got me into a plan and a phone that would suit me best. She is very down to earth and makes you feel at ease, and even laughs along with you at silly things, and she has such a beautiful smile. This is rare customer service. I will continue to return as long as Holly is a representative that I can work with. I would rate her higher than 5 if it were possible. She went up above my expectations. My family is very fond of her and will recommend her to everyone we know.”

“Friendly staff. The store is understaffed for sure. After purchasing an IPhone, I was told Apple Watch would be “free” but would have to pay the monthly service fee. After I found out I was stuck on this monthly fee for 3 years, I did not want it anymore. They followed policy which would charge restocking fee without me or the product leaving the store! After complaining , they did the right thing. However, please don’t charge restocking fees if the product does not leave the store( I didn’t even touch it)!”
