This Verizon location provides a great and painless experience with helpful employees. Staff are genuine, kind, and put customers at ease without extra sales pressure. They are willing to help with questions or issues, making processes simple. Specific employees are noted for spending hours with tech support and being fun to talk with, even during frustrating situations like unfixable phones. However, there was an instance where a customer received the wrong phone case. Many customers recommend asking for specific staff members by name for assistance.
Mars is AMAZING! I’m not usually a people person but her genuineness and kindness put me at ease and there was no extra sales pressure like with a lot of places. 10/10 ask for Mars when you go in she was the best!

Great expuerience. We were there getting my wife a new phone and they made it as sime and painless as possible. Nick was a great help. Awesome guy.
