“The staff at this store is amazing! I stopped in on Saturday, and needed some help with my online account. Both the sales person and the manager were beyond helpful. I ended up needing to call customer service to get the issue resolved and I am beyond frustrated and disgusted. Old Navy Customer service was rude, dismissive and I even had someone call me back after I ended the call to again tell me how wrong I was and it's the store's responsibility to fix my online account. I was able to get connected with this store again and the manager put me on speaker phone and called support with me there to get my issue resolved. As someone who deals with customer service on a daily basis in my career I was beyond appalled by the behavior of online support. If someone from corporate wants to reach out I have names and more information to share. Without the patience and support of this store team I seriously doubt my account issues would have been resolved. I truly can't thankyou enough for going above and beyond what is needed to make sure we got things resolved. I will be making an effort to shop at this location exclusively because of that. You gals rock!”

“Clearly the other reveiwers have never shopped here. They try to offer a very affortable price for items. Often 1.75-2.50 for baby clothes. Come in thinking its more a donation/ hand me down. Love this store! Thrifted during my pregnancy for almost my sons entire wardrobe up to 6-9 organic cotton. Very friendly! Its a place I frequent. And will bring in the baby items that we no longer need instead of taking them to the thrift store.”
