“Went to the location in shadow lake today for some work clothes. I met Jeremy and garret. Let me tell you something…. I haven’t experienced customer service like that in a very long time. They were extremely knowledgeable, personable and just flat out awesome. The world needs more people like those boys. Give them a raise.”

“Still very reasonable, but like everything else the price is seem to go up. I paid between four and eight dollars for gym shorts. They're not much more at Walmart. I used to get a lot of stuff here, it is really helped me in the past. I hope they stay in business.”

“Overall, a good shopping experience at JCPenney! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the limited selection of jeans and pants for boys aged 8-12. In particular, there was only one color option available in size 14 regular—definitely not ideal when shopping for variety. Other than that, the rest of the store had a great selection, and I appreciate the quality and service they offer. Would be perfect with a wider range of boys' clothing options!”

“I didn’t buy anything but walked around & the staff was so friendly, greeting me with a smile. Plus, when I was outside later on, one of the girls offered me a spot inside the store to sit and wait out the rain”

“The young blonde photographer that worked on Saturday was lovely. She was very patient with my children and forthright about the prices of each item. The pictures were very cute and we will return. Instead of spending $650 on some fancy overlays and an outdoor session, we paid 1/6 of the price and were just as, if not more, satisfied with the result. Groupon for the win! The Shutterfly digital album was easy to access and available the same day. It was very easy to use. Polite staff, cute photos and an efficient process. I couldn’t ask for much more!”
