“Very clean, great variety. Needs better sales associates. One lady was very rude and lazy while the other was very busy checking out customers, she was very friendly still”

“I love their clothing for my little one!! I had a small mishap when returning something, but the ladies here didn't hesitate to help make it right and explain to me how it all works. I had so many questions but they answered them all thoroughly and kindly. Thanks for being amazing!!!”

“Old Navy is one of the few clothing stores I can go into without feeling totally overwhelmed. I like that tables and racks of clothing are spread out and there's plenty of room to walk around and shop. The clothing is cute and affordable, and you can find clothing for your whole family without having to go to separate stores.”
