“This store gets destroyed everyday. There’s not many others close by so everyone comes here and just wrecks the place. Empties out everything that is available and wants more. The cashiers cannot hardly leave the counter to restock and clean. When they do customer gripe because they have to wait a few minutes to checkout. Have a little patience. The world doesn’t revolve around you and your little needs. It’s insane how busy this store gets. I avoid it most of the time.”
“If you need reliable and expedient service you definitely should come here! Both Nikki and Bud are absolutely fantastic at their jobs and make sure to keep you well informed about any work happening on your vehicle why providing plenty of pay over time options for those who may be in a less fortunate situation. Also if you want or have to spend time in the store then Falkor the shop dog will spare no expense to make sure your kept in great company!

“As someone who needs handicap assistance at the pump, Sara or another attendant are always willing to help. Sara and team are super friendly, and even though you probably have to wait in line, for the price I'm paying and the service I receive, it's usually worth it.”

“Kinda new to the whole getting gas at Costco thing. Been a member for years, many actually…but the long lines in Socal (previous abode), were daunting. Omaha though? Not so bad. Two thoughts to help anyone reading reviews. 1. If you are new to the costco fuel pump, the scanner for your costco card can be a bit difficult to find, imo. I attached a pic that shows exactly where to scan the card in case you are a bit frenetic. I know, I know..most of you think it’s silly to point it out, but I still get confused. 2. They have Top Tier fuel. Some people may not care, but my baby gets the good stuff.”
“Good prices for energy drinks, wine coolers etc, they are competitive with other gas stations in the area. Very friendly staff, everyone who works there is so nice! I go there a lot because it's near work and sometimes I park at a pump, go in to get my Monsters and then forget that I need gas too. After that happened a few times, they typically ask if I need gas, especially if they see me walk in from one of the pumps, haha. 5 star staff, for sure!!”

“What a lovely experience I had yesterday.
I used to go to the Fast & Fresh on Center street, ever since I met Rayne working there. See my review of that store to understand my experience with her :). However, a few months ago I noticed she was never in anymore. I thought she may have quit or gotten fired. This killed my excitement and I stopped going.
However, yesterday I was in the area and decided to hop in to this store with the intention of getting a Diet Dr. Pepper. You would not believe the look on my eyes when I saw that Rayne was working here! No one ever told me she moved to this store! I was ecstatic to see her and we had a wonderful conversation. I told her about getting a Diet Dr. Pepper, and she told me that was a great drink. She also told me that she likes the sweet tea. Knowing and trusting her, I decided to get a sweet tea too. It was so delicious and I'm really glad she told me about it.
Thank you Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh for hiring this wonderful employee. I will be visiting this store more often from now on. She makes my, and surely many other's, trips much more enjoyable ❣”
“It's a Hy-Vee gas station got fresh food cooked there fresh, you can see it. I also have Pocky sticks. If you're unfamiliar with these they're just I believe their cracker sticks dipped in yogurt. But don't quote me 100% on that. It's what it tastes like to me, but they're really good.”

The employees are always friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and I can always find what I need because all of the locations are set up the same which helps me feel safe.”

A man was in the self serve food area chatting with a female store employee while his large breed dog was allowed to run around free. No leash. It was not a service dog. The health department might be notified”

“I was able to find all the information I need online, but I prefer to go through people. When I called Owen was so helpful and friendly. He was able to tell me about the process, made an appointment for me same day, and was very informative with all my questions. When I arrived for my appointment, Alex was up front and got me checked in, was also very friendly and made the process easy. When I picked up my car, another employee came out from the back and handed me all my paperwork, while also going over all the coverages, and information to take home. I usually go to my dealer for tires, but I will absolutely be coming back for my tire services from now on!”

“Came in this afternoon for some snacks, some lady came up beside me and started yelling @ the cashier, asking for her name. Pearl was calm and collected the entire time.I don't know the situation that happened before, but I've been coming to this Kum&Go for 16 years and really have never had an issue with anything.I know Pearl to be a pleasant & By The Book Associate. She follows the rules and her main concern is the safety of the staff and customers.The lady was TOTALLY out of line, interrupted MY peace and the peace of the customers in the store. Get over it lady, nothing is THAT important to flip out on someone just trying to do their job.”
