“Drove out to the Elkhorn location today and received amazing service from the paint department. The lady was very kind, easily made the color I needed based on paint lid photo with numbers etc and gave advice on another project as well. This was after I originally drove to the 120th location and the paint department said they couldn't make the color and seemed unknowledgeable, a long with not being kind. Customer service and training in a department definitely makes all the difference for guest coming in and Elkhorn location was wonderful!!”

“We are working on a project at home and are having the worst time color matching to our living room. We came in tonight and were helped by a younger guy and he was so so helpful. We came in around 715pm and we know they close at 8pm but he did not make us feel rushed and went above and beyond to help us find the most comparable. It has been a stressful project for us and this has been so helpful for us. I feel bad not getting his name but thank you for being so kind to us!”

He took care to understand what I needed and went out of his way to make sure that I really had the best solution to the problem. He also worked to make the materials as affordable as possible. This guy on the maple road Lowe’s saved my day.
I bought two previous quarts of paint to finish my whole house paint job and for whatever reason the two previous employees couldn’t not get my custom paint matched up resulting in a total mismatch and start over.
Robert literally typed the color code of the original can and determined right away the last can was just not mixed right.
Robert know paint and he is your asset to making this customer walk out ear to ear smiling.
Free lunch, bump in pay, free day off.

“This is a plumbing supply Warehouse but it's open to public and it has a public sales counter, with lots of tools and products available for purchase, right in the same room as the sales counter. Everything else is in the Warehouse located under the same roof in another area of the building. They have a loading dock and things can be loaded into your vehicle or trailer. Delivery is also available. They carry many brands and just about anything you might need for your plumbing-plus needs. Sales reps are super friendly. Super helpful. Prices are always reasonable. I have always been really pleased with service, huge on-site Warehouse, and trusted delivery. They always go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. I highly recommend it.”

“I would like to say how much I enjoy shopping at this location. They always have a nice selection of plants. Sometimes, they have some less pretty plants on clearance if you are willing to give the plants some extra attention. Mine have come back great. The biggest reason is the customer service from Harley Cazinha. He is always willing to assist in loading my heavy items. He has a great attitude, and it is obvious he enjoys his job. The cashier didn't know
they offered assistance in loading soil, but Harley came forward and assisted without hesitancy. It allows me to make my purchase and grow my garden. Thank you.”

“I contacted the store to arrange for a purchase of a barbecue grill to be delivered to my daughter in the area. TJ was very helpful. He made sure that the assembly was completed, and the grill could be delivered on a day my daughter was available. The communication was great.
