“I can honestly say that I don't think I have had a bad experience at Menards that I can remember. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, yet not pushy and overbearing. If I can get it from Menards, then I go to Menards!”
“We stopped in today for some items and was checked out by Kaity. She was so cheerful and helpful even helped us load some softener salt in our cart. Was so pleasant to work with.”
“Lowe’s
You better give Robert a big adda boy!
This guy on the maple road Lowe’s saved my day.
I bought two previous quarts of paint to finish my whole house paint job and for whatever reason the two previous employees couldn’t not get my custom paint matched up resulting in a total mismatch and start over.
Robert literally typed the color code of the original can and determined right away the last can was just not mixed right.
Robert know paint and he is your asset to making this customer walk out ear to ear smiling.
Free lunch, bump in pay, free day off.
Just take care of him somehow.”
“They have a lot of supplies but they can be difficult to find. I asked for assistance and the person couldn't understand what I was looking for so I ended up finding it on my own. Employees don't always know other departments and finding it on his phone wasn't working since he couldn't understand what I wanted.”
“The two gentlemen who delivered our kitchen cabinets this morning were incredibly helpful and polite, even in the early morning and the extreme cold! Excellent service!
We appreciate the service we receive at the K Plaza location each time we are in the store and an extremely grateful for the service this morning!”
