“I had to get a bolt for a quick fix. The man that helped me is extremely knowledgeable and knows where everything in the store is. If I ever need another hardware or tool run this is the only place I will go. Customer service is unmatched and the overall speed and precision is greatly recognized and appreciated. “They were very extremely friendly with me when I brought my dog in! The moment I walked through the door she got asked to be pet and then got offered a treat. And it was just very welcoming, then they helped guide me to get what I needed there. And I had friendly conversations with multiple staff and they asked me to fill out this review. And since I had a great experience, I decided to share that it was a good experience. Of course, like all places they would like to push you to sign up for the rewards program and things like that, but it wasn't to the degree where the entire interaction became disingenuous.”

“I had never shampooed a carpet in my life...the nice gentleman that works here walked me through the entire process down to dry times and water temps and what chemical to use when. he even told me exactly what to get for my pet mess issue and the whole bill was waaaay under what i wouldve paid elsewhere. Excellent customer service, prices and knowledge. this place is a must.”

“*update* I know my last review was kind of generic, but the real story comes to service. Yes, they have all the parts. Yes. they have all the little tools and big tools to get the job done. The main thing about this location of a nationwide company is the folks behind the counter. If I bring a piece of broken something, they will make sure I get a proper new piece. Dishwasher inlet valve? Yep. 1 1/4" p-trap? Yep Before my current paid task, I had these guys build me a "drip drum" and the product was better than OEM. The service at this location meets what I expect and I am in the customer service industry to say the least”

“I deal with the Pro Desk a lot and have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. Typically it's Joel, Judy and, Karen. They have been very helpful and I see them helping customers and fellow employees regularly. Every employee that I have dealt with at this location has always been helpful. Even the rental department is friendly and well maintained. The parking lot is always clean and carts are readily available at various locations inside. This is my favorite Home Depot and I use them all as a contractor.”

“Good for tools you dont want to invest in for quick jobs. Paying 20 to 30 $ for an oddjob tool is nice. Doesnt really have a good selection when it comes to smaller specialty tools. IE hand grout cutter/saw”

“I am only giving a five star review, because Lindsay J helped me out and she was the most kind and knowledgeable employee that I encountered in the eight people I met on a recent shopping experience to Home Depot to make keys. She went out of her way to help me was the only one who knew what the digital key was and how to get it and what I had to do none of the other employees that helped me new anything and one even wanted me just to use the key machine. Home Depot could use some help with their training on their employees, but Lindsey was the bomb.”

I went in for some gardening items...I get coupons in the mail all the time .. so value is important to me....it's convenient and close to home.. they have so many "Big Green Egg" items for our grilling needs..and the staff is always super friendly! Value is just "ok" it's a smaller location but when you're in a hurry Ace usually has it! IF we need a screw or a wrench they have it!”
