“I had to get a bolt for a quick fix. The man that helped me is extremely knowledgeable and knows where everything in the store is. If I ever need another hardware or tool run this is the only place I will go. Customer service is unmatched and the overall speed and precision is greatly recognized and appreciated. Stop in and see for yourself what quality people and service look like! Thank you Peterson & Michelsen!”
“Friendly staff that is always willing to help, a great and diverse selection of products, and a clean and organized store. Our kids love the popcorn! ACE is the PLACE!”
“Elkhorn, NE location.
I’m not an electrician so I had a lot of questions on lights, wiring and mounting and other options. Alex the employee out in Elkhorn is the most helpful guy I’ve ran across in years. He was “over the top” helpful!!!
He’s a class act!!!!!

“Very knowledgeable staff. Definitely the place for the hard to find woodworking tools, acce, and materials. Prices seem a tad high but willing to pay for the convenience. Only downside I wasn’t able to see online what I could get at my local store. This is the only reason for the one star deduct.”
“One of the best hardware stores in Omaha! Very knowledgeable staff and can usually find things i can't find at the big box stores. Absolutely love this place.”
“The store looks good. I approached an associate that quickly help me find a solution .she was friendly, the cashier Sandra C. As on the receipt ,though seems to just force herself to say “ did you find what you needed”
Maybe it’s hard for some to work customer service. Otherwise, happy to have found what I was looking for.”
“Thank you Mike C! A small washer piece for my shower head broke and of course the brand (Moen) doesn’t sell replacements. Mike spent 10 minutes trying to help me find the best fit. Thank you!!”
“They have a huge selection of Milwaukee products. The prices are very competitive with other dealers. I just found out that they carry some very nice sand paper. I will definitely buy from them again!!”
“Friendly, professional, amazing customer service. Quality hardware, and competitive pricing. The gentleman in the store will always take time to help you or answer a question, Which is rare these days. It’s worth the trip!”
“This is my go-to to have keys made. They are still perfectly reasonable. The customer service is amazing. Their assistant manager is an absolute doll. If you guys ever lose her I hope to pick her up at my hotel.”
“I visited the store on saddle creek in Omaha Nebraska. I had to return some glass I had gotten cut and were just a little long. You couldn't tell by comparing to the original. I broke one piece and expected some trouble. Pete cut my windows fast, accurate, and I encountered no difficulty with the exchange. He also let me view and compare before he packaged up the glass.”

“I had never shampooed a carpet in my life...the nice gentleman that works here walked me through the entire process down to dry times and water temps and what chemical to use when. he even told me exactly what to get for my pet mess issue and the whole bill was waaaay under what i wouldve paid elsewhere. Excellent customer service, prices and knowledge. this place is a must.”
“We have just had another great experience with Michael Allen from Ace Handyman Services Omaha. Michael was punctual, professional, cheerful, and skillful. He problem-solved a solution to ease entry from our garage into our home hallway, found the perfect products, and installed a railing, an exterior grab bar and an interior grab bar in the ideal places in order to ease entry. Michael Allen works carefully and quickly and leaves a work location pristinely cleaned. We are happy to have found Ace Handyman Services Omaha and Michael Allen. We plan on using Ace and Michael in the future. Thank you, Michael Allen and Ace Handyman Services Omaha.”

“Their sales rep Jake Jelden has always gone out of his way with customer service and availability. Gets me what I need and when I need it. Unmatched professionalism!”
“If you want to clean like a pro, go to the Cleaing Mart! While their products are a little bit pricey, they are worth it. They are great quality items that really get the job done! And the staff is very knowledgeable about the products, and helpful if you have any questions or need advice on which item will work best for what you are trying to do. Give them a try next time you want to deep clean your home, you'll be glad you did!”
“If you need anything that deals with industrial or commercial tools this is the place you will find it. I’m not sure if there’s any place better as far as product availability. You will have to order it but you will find what you or your company needs.”

“I cannot express how much this company has accommodated my needs, as a new DME in Nebraska. We are a little slower than most with our oxygen needs, but Mike and Lucas have been phenomenal to work with.”
“Harbor Freight offers a broad variety of high quality products at very reasonable prices. I've relied on this store for many years when I'm looking for the right tool for a specific project.”

“We brought in a exterior paint and the gentleman who helped us matched it VERY well. When using the paint it was a barely noticeable difference. I took a ceiling paint to match to a different store 2x and both times did not get close. Thank you for your help!”
“I was looking for some socket storage solutions and they have in stock some Ernst units that were perfect! And they were a good price. I will check with these guys from now on for my tool needs”
“It was great! I went in for some gardening items...I get coupons in the mail all the time .. so value is important to me....it's convenient and close to home.. they have so many "Big Green Egg" items for our grilling needs..and the staff is always super friendly! Value is just "ok" it's a smaller location but when you're in a hurry Ace usually has it! IF we need a screw or a wrench they have it!”
“*update* I know my last review was kind of generic, but the real story comes to service. Yes, they have all the parts. Yes. they have all the little tools and big tools to get the job done. The main thing about this location of a nationwide company is the folks behind the counter. If I bring a piece of broken something, they will make sure I get a proper new piece. Dishwasher inlet valve? Yep. 1 1/4" p-trap? Yep Before my current paid task, I had these guys build me a "drip drum" and the product was better than OEM. The service at this location meets what I expect and I am in the customer service industry to say the least”

“I had the best experience! The General Manager personally called me after noticing an issue with my online order, apologized, and even went out of his way to travel to another store to make sure my order was fulfilled. When I arrived for pickup, Associate Al was extremely kind and helpful. I’m so impressed by the professionalism, care, and genuine customer service from this team. You don’t see this kind of dedication often — they truly went above and beyond!”
“They gave me a free screw today! I looked in my drawers for longer than I needed to before going and seeing them! We’ll never get drawer handles from anyone else! 😆 Thanks big Johnson!”
