“Did a great job with my Ford Expedition. Brought it in thinking it was breaks and they advised it was the wheel bearing which my dealership swore they were fine. Worked with my extended warranty to get it covered with only my deductible. Jacobb was great every step on the way. Had the work done in less the 6 hours and back to me.

“I stopped in to fix what I thought was just a leaky tire. It turns out there was a nail in it. I needed a new set of tires anyway so I was quoted on the spot and they were able to put all four tires on in 20 minutes! These guys were SUBSTANTIALLY cheaper to get a transmission rebuild on a 6L90 with upgrades components. Thanks Nick for having it done in 4 days way faster than I thought. Truck shifts smoother than when it was new. They also have a better warranty than what certified offered me. You will be the only shop doing any transmission work for my company. Thanks again”

“Older suburban had problem with the torque converter lockup. They repaired the transmission and it is as new again. Cost was reasonable and unlike others they did not try to sell me a new transmission for 1000’s of dollars.

“My F150 was acting up inconsistently. It is a 15-year-old truck so I was anticipating a large repair bill. I brought my vehicle in to OCC, Not only did they have a loaner vehicle ready for me to use, But they had it diagnosed within two hours! It was a simple fix, Not a major repair like I anticipated. They could’ve got it fixed the same day, but they had to order a part and it could not get delivered in time to do the repair that day. Billy was amazing at communicating the diagnosis and the repair. To put a cherry on top, It was about $1000 less than I was anticipating spending. The OCC Team at the Harrison Street location are amazing! We done Gentlemen!”
