“You can find good deals, which I do appreciate. Unfortunately, they have limited inventory sometimes. Columbia also has some odd designs and patterns which take up space when they could be putting more basic colored products out. Obviously that is not this location’s fault, so it is okay. This place is a good spot to get your winter coat, so that is good.”
“Went to Nebraska Crossing, trying to find some workout shoes for my 11.5 4E, triangle feet (always crazy difficult). Ended up at Reebok, with the GM Cody. He actually found a few solid options for me, then made a clear call on the best option, based on the damage to my ankle and what would support it the best. He even helped the wife to find a killer set! She appreciated that he didn’t hover, he gave us just enough room and was present when he was needed. Credit, where credit is due, the shoes are perfect… but Cody’s customer service made this whole experience well worth it! Keep up the great work! We’ll be back to see you!”

I travel often and I love stopping at the outlet stores. Nebraska Crossing Under Armour is by far the cleanest, most organized store I’ve been to. The staff was super helpful and kind. I saw a sweater on a mannequin that wasn't on the shelf. Being the selfish person I am, I requested the mannequin be stripped of the sweater I wanted. The staff had no issue accommodating… lol.

“Great selection of coats. Majority of the store is 50$ off or more. Went on a Saturday and this store was completely packed with customers. Got thru the checkout line fairly quick. Keep up the great work.”
“I went in looking for a last minute purchase of a pair of shoes for a party. They had many nice styles displayed, however, they didn't have many sizes in the multiple shoes that I was looking to initially purchase. I asked if they could check the back for additional sizes and was told all of their inventory was on the floor. They had a clearance rack with buy one get one for half price where I found a pair of shoes for my party and a second pair for a Christmas present! My loyalty account was updated and I was informed of the program's rules. I gave a 4 out of 5 star only because of the lack of sizes in multiple pairs of shoes. The staff was busy arranging the shoes, but friendly when asked questions.”

“Exceptional customer service and kind staff. My daughter lost her cat on top of the awning outside and they were just going to wait until Monday for maintenance to help. They went the extra mile to get the cat down today and call me to inform me. Great shoe selection and specials available. I had two happy girls during winter 2024 with new shoes and they were the first place we wanted to return to this fall for new school shoes again! Love the staff and selection!”

“Mika was so friendly and welcoming when i came in last minute before my florida trip! she was in the middle of setting up the new floor set and i expressed how i was having trouble finding summer clothes in november and she went out of her way to find some of the summer clothes she had boxed up and even set up outfits for me in the dressing room! she really listened to my preferences and sized me perfectly. she even recommended a place where i could get some last minute bikinis since she didn't have any swimsuits out. her personality really stood out and im so glad i met her! she is excellent in a management position :) she was definitely well deserving of the tip i gave her for being willing to dedicate more than an hour of her time towards helping me find clothes, without her h would have had nothing to wear! thank you so much! ?”
