“I needed a front tire for my Toro mower. The guys found one right away. I think they were surprised I didn't bring the riding mower from out of town for them to install it. I have great neighbors who helped me ! It was helpful there was no wait to order it and I didn't have to buy the wheel. I found Amazon sells them that way which included plastic parts. Didn't sound long lasting to me.”

“Matt at Yankee Hill store (soon to be in York) is awesome! I had an issue ordering 1 40lb bag of bird seed with all of my earned rewards, it drug on for over 3 days! No one (at the call center) could seem to (or want to) get this taken care of! I called my local store on Yankee Hill, Matt and Rhonda came to my rescue.!!! Rhonda called the call center to have them call me to get my order, my order was delivered to the clubhouse instead of my villa. I am disabled, so I called the store. Matt said he would try to get it to me. I looked out my window 15 minutes later, and he was pulling up in my driveway!!!! The York store is very lucky! The customer care Matt displayed today is unheard of anymore, I just can't say enough to express how thankful I am. Matt is a great guy and his customers will love him! Thank you so much Matt and Rhonda!”
