“(Visited 2/24/2020 at 12:37pm) There's an attendant here at this Sam's Club Station, his name is Mike. You can find his picture next to Customer Service in the dictionary. Super friendly and super duper helpful. I'm a Black man, and honestly my appearance is that of a homeless person, I just like looking bummy. But this guy treated me as if I was his neighbor. Thanks Mike, I'll be coming back here when I'm in town! The other attendant was very sweet also, unfortunately I didn't get her name. The station itself is easy to access and the ceiling has at least a 13' Clearance.”
“Well organized and very clean. They definitely stay on top of maintenance. Not many places will still print receipts at the pump but the staff there keep the paper full. Nice to not have to go inside and wait for an employee to slowly walk to the register to print one out. I did however shop inside and was very impressed with the guy working. He stopped what he was doing and was waiting at the counter for me so i could quickly be on my way. You wont find service like that anywhere else. He was also very polite.”
“It's a gas station so not much to say... It's clean, it's in a good location if you're about to run out of gas between spots to stop. They also have some sort of video gambling because they are founded and owned by Ho-Chunk, a Winnebago tribal major company with vast assets.”

“I give every Hy-Vee in Sioux City five stars!!! The customer service is always the best! The shelves are stocked and set nicely. The sliced meat counter is the absolutely the best! The people behind the counters of prepared food are knowledgeable and super kind! Unfortunately, the eating area was not so clean. But, I'll take great customer service anytime!”
“Stopped to get gas and fountain drink. Saw an ice cream machine. Small cones. Chocolate, vanilla, and twist. Haven't had one in a long time. And when I got to check out the two guys there were super nice. I was a little bummed today. So stop by Casey's on southern hills drive, get an ice cream cone and smile with the employees”

“Best gas station in Siouxland!!! Hands down...They are always well-stocked, have good deals on sale items, and the bathrooms are clean clean clean. I went in one day on my lunch break and needed a phone charger but didn't have the money at that moment...I asked the owner if there was any way I could get the charger and pay for it after work? He pulled a $20 out of his own wallet and paid for the charger without hesitation. That's friendly hospitality you don't find very often this day n age!!!”

“The men's room needed some lite cleaning up, but the rest of the store was clean. i found what i wanted to buy and was out of there pretty quick. There are too many times in Siouxland, where some people think that even convenience store clerks are there therapist. News flash, THEY ARE NOT !!!!!”

“The store manager actually called personally to address the issue on this. Honestly the entire process went well and I feel like the management truly does care about the way things are handled in the store and i feel as if my concerns were addressed properly. Changing my previous review to reflect the result of the store managers resolution.”

“It’s to bad it’s not open during a snow storm. About 6 trucks stuck here waiting to go west on Hwy 20. Nobody can get food or drink. Or use a rest room. Seen employees come and go!? But still not open. What a joke!!I don’t know if someone saw this post or what? But I’m so thankful for the help that a kind soul brought. A very kind lady from this community came to my door with food and drinks. Thank you so much for your kindness. God Bless You? . The world is a better place because of you.”
