They actually get motivated by making the customers happy. Their customer first attitude is a standard within the branch and I appreciated seeing it in action every day. “Best lumber yard around. Have materials big box stores don't. And special orders come in quick.Lumber turns over quicker than box stores. Where lumber seems to be more twisted, bowed and lower quality. If your building a house it's the place to go to. Alot of knowledge there also.”
“Located off of Industrial/L Street and 120th, parking was no issue today. Staff provided the help to find the right aisle for paint brushes and portable gas containers. Prices were very reasonable, and even though checkout took a while due to a distracted clerk who didn't see us at checkout 4, everything else was pretty good at this Home Depot.”
