“Overall good experience. Untarp and Untarp in road. Use field for safely folding tarp. Swing wide to get in. They unload quickly. Won't tell you you have to throw away plastic or where so ask. Most places the forklift op will just grab it with forklift. Not here!”

“The guys at General Siding are truly knowledgeable about siding! They never makes me feel dumb for asking numerous questions about siding sizes, colors and embossment. I have had similar experiences with each salesperson, and I would feel comfortable sending my mom there.”

His workers do a perfect job, and they are very hard working! Keith was involved in every step of the transformation, always there to help with all the details. He has excellent sub contractors. We highly recommend him, and would go to him for any of our remodeling needs. You can't go wrong with him and his company.”

“What a great experience! I needed some 12 foot lumber and couldn’t drive all the way out to Menards so went a few blocks over to what I thought was a wholesaler. They sold me 5 12 foot pieces of lumber and then when I figured out I couldn’t put on top of my vehicle they just loaded up and drove it to my house for free - Pat thanks for your help and I’m glad you liked the quick tour of the house!”

“I’ve written a review with Millard Lumber and Rick before but they both deserve another. I’m still working on my balcony/staircase railing project. After a horrible first-time experience inside Builders Supply (I felt I should at least see what they had to offer) I headed back to Millard Supply. I hadn’t been in Millard Supply for 3-4 months, and only one other time before that. I’m not even close to being considered a regular. But I walked in and Rick immediately greeted me by first and last name and shook my hand. Wow!! I told him about my latest railing ideas and we walked thru everything I would need short of covering the steps of my split level. The handrail was going to be 16 ft and 12 ft long and there’s no way I could take it with me in a 5 ft bed truck. I asked about delivery and Rich said they deliver free within Omaha. Nobody offers free delivery that I know of. Bonus!! We set up delivery for 2 days later. The delivery guys came this morning. Extremely polite and personable. Even though they had instructions to put it in the driveway, they asked where I wanted it. I appreciated that. And they walked everything up to the garage door, not just in the middle of the driveway. Millard Lumber may be a bit more expensive than box stores, but the quality of materials is no match and I’ve never had the help in figuring out what I need like I received from Rich. It’s well worth a few extra bucks knowing I got quality materials. Andrew”
