“I always come to the Kohls by Oak View Mall. For some reason, I find stuff easier there. But, I go there mostly to see if Linda M is working that day. This woman is the only one of their original employees left. 28 years!! The work ethic she can pass on th other employees there. Please, keep this woman. She is a treasure!!”

“I live 200miles from this store, on visiting Omaha I purchased a jacket and on returning home found security tag on jacket. I contacted the store and spoke to a Ms Kelly a manager , she apologized for the error and made every effort to make it right . She was extremely courteous and helpful. I willalways remember how we were treated at this store and will always shop there when in town. The quality and prices are outstanding and if all management is like Ms Kelly they are a lucky company.”

I would like to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received from Nancy, a lady approximately 55 years old with short hair, who works in the perfumery section at your Dillard’s store.
On the day I visited, I was looking for a special gift for my wife’s birthday, and Nancy was simply amazing. Her knowledge of perfumes and her willingness to help me choose the perfect one were invaluable. Not only did she assist me in finding the ideal perfume, but she also wrapped it beautifully as a gift, which truly made my life easier and added a special touch to the present.
Nancy’s dedication, kindness, and attention to detail are a true example of exceptional customer service. I hope this message serves to recognize her work and highlight her efforts.
Experiences like this make me want to return to Dillard’s. Thank you for having such outstanding individuals like Nancy on your team.

“Always a new adventure going into Home Goods bc you never know what you will find. Today I found cat beds (shhh don't tell my cat but they're really dog beds) for $14.99 each. Took them home & washed them on delicate & dried on low. Came out perfectly & ready for Cuddles to snuggle up in. Bought 2 of them to place in different spots of the house. Made form 100% recycled materials.it was a good shopping trip. ?”

“This is a JC Penny, standard alone for the Salon. In the Salon there is a Stylist named Joanne. She is perhaps the best Stylist in the Omaha Metro Area. If she's got openings, and you can get in, you might experience the superb service and wonderful customer support she provides.”
“Rarely are they out of the products I need. Often has products that other Walmarts don't even carry. Other Walmarts are closer to my address, but we drive the extra because they keep a better stock.”

My only complaint is the limited selection of jeans and pants for boys aged 8-12. In particular, there was only one color option available in size 14 regular—definitely not ideal when shopping for variety. Other than that, the rest of the store had a great selection, and I appreciate the quality and service they offer. Would be perfect with a wider range of boys' clothing options!”
