“I used to think these type of stores were good for sustainability but they're really not. The 'overflow' product they take is really just product that gets overproduced in order to be sold off to these type of stores. They do also have their own fast-fashion white label brands, produced specifically for these type of stores. Aka- landfill core.
However. The store stays clean - bathrooms aside. And there is always a good find. Fitting rooms are decent too.”
“Overall, a good shopping experience at JCPenney! The store was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the limited selection of jeans and pants for boys aged 8-12. In particular, there was only one color option available in size 14 regular—definitely not ideal when shopping for variety. Other than that, the rest of the store had a great selection, and I appreciate the quality and service they offer. Would be perfect with a wider range of boys' clothing options!”
“Best Burlington in the Omaha Metro. Store is clean and organized for the most part. Checkout is hit or miss on your wait. Only one staff member of consistently rude, others have all been wonderful.”
“Went today and was helped by a Tim , Marissa and Julie and had a fantastic experience I will say about 5 yrs ago I had a bad experience actually deleted that. Today was shopping had an hour took senior bus. Maria in the electronics dept I asked her a ton of questions she was nice and polite. Went into hygiene area 2 ladies they're were extra friendly and assisted me in a few different ways. Checking out 2 ladies in self check were also friendly every one I saw in the aisles were friendly thats a good feeling. So no complaints other then wish they're was a checker close to where my ride was at. They said people Checkers were near the other side was in a hurry didn't want to take the time. Still giving them a 100% best service I have had in a long time coming in..Went early so saw many employees probably filling people's orders but all were friendly and willing to stop and assist. Thanks”

J- Shaun he was the last person I thought they had a swipe card for extra savings was confused was a credit or debit which I did refuse that. He was helpful as well..The whole atmosphere of the store very clean..

The employees make the store more enjoyable and I compliment the Managers who train them this way..

“I went here today to get some sort of coverup for my black eye. A girl named Ana helped me find the right product and was helping me apply it and learn about it. She was patient, helpful, kind and did everything with a nice smile. She even gave me a sample to try out first. Kohls has a excellent employee and I’ll be back again next time I get a black eye ;)”

“The young blonde photographer that worked on Saturday was lovely. She was very patient with my children and forthright about the prices of each item. The pictures were very cute and we will return. Instead of spending $650 on some fancy overlays and an outdoor session, we paid 1/6 of the price and were just as, if not more, satisfied with the result. Groupon for the win! The Shutterfly digital album was easy to access and available the same day. It was very easy to use. Polite staff, cute photos and an efficient process. I couldn’t ask for much more!”
