“The website is good. However I'm not a huge fan of the company itself. My adjuster tried to claim I didn't have any coverage for over 2 months then offered a settlement on it for 1700 dollars. When I finally got my car back the total was 8900. Just be aware don't accept their photo quote.”

With it being hard to talk on phone while at work I can contact the office by text and hear back right away! “Our car was parked and hit by another driver. I contacted Doug's office and talked with, I think everyone except Doug :-) , and everyone was super helpful. Specifically Austin, I wasn't able to get any help from the other drivers insurance company despite having their policy information. Austin took it upon himself to get the policy information from me and contact the other insurance company and get me directly to a claims agent so I didn't have to do any additional leg work. This was so helpful because I had already spent a hour making several phone calls and talking to people who didn't seem interested in providing any service at all. Austin went above and beyond to help me when I was very frustrated. Some of the best service I've had in recent memory. Your service was AMAZING!”
