“The customer service from Sharon! Holyyy she was so helpful. I was there for a couple hours before being helped by Sharon. And it was a very difficult time. There was something wrong with the system updating the plan change to my application and for whatever reason it wouldn’t allow me to purchase the phones. Or port a number in. My help said she couldn’t help me any further . So I called customer support and had them help me. Unfortunately I had to leave town again in a couple days and had to have the phones that day. And Sharon helped me after knowing my situation even after closing time. I was surprised at how fast and knowledgeable she was but more than anything I was surprised she willing to help so late and with a very good attitude. Bryce stayed as well and helped her help me. My hats off to Sharon and Bryce helping me that day.”

“I like the convenience of Target. It is close to home. I almost always order online and do the drive up pickup. They are pretty quick with getting my items out to me after checking in.
For me, pickup is a lot easier than going through crowds and teens to get what I need.
Plus, it is a good way to see if they have the item available or not by shopping online.
I like the deals offered in app as well.
If you like Starbucks, they have a Starbucks. I believe you can still grab personal Pizza Hut pizzas as well.”

“Love going to Echo for all of my electrical needs, nine and a half times out of ten they will have what you need, if they don't they will order it for you. If other electrical supply houses don't have it just go to Echo!”
“Had a much more pleasant experience at this Verizon, at least the 2nd time we popped in. Of course on the first, we came an hour before close and were again directed by the staff member manning the front that we would not be seen today and to make an appointment for another day, can we come in during the day. We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there).We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.”

“My old phone had a swollen battery and it was not possible to transfer my information to a new phone without taking the old one to get a new temporary battery to facilitate the transfer. Rick went above and beyond to help us with this. He helped us get an insurance plan so that we would not have to pay the full cost in that transfer. For reasons unknown, the insurance plan could not be verified at the repair place. Over the next week, Rick spent hours on the phone with the insurance company and the repair place trying to resolve the issue. He was very gracious and professional. Eventually we were able to get my information transferred in a satisfactory manner. I am very grateful for Rick’s concern and perseverance. I would highly recommend Rick and the O Street Verizon team.”
