He was very honest with me and James and his son Nick were very hospitable even though the loan finalization took a long time. The car was as advertised, and James was very honest about the vehicle's history. He even gave me an extra key from a different Honda, just because.”

After a considerable amount of time on the phone with Walmart and several other tire service businesses. The information those companies had related to me left me with that all to familiar feeling, am I going to end up paying for way more than I asked for.
I spoke with Landon at Big Red Tire Pros and explained my tire and battery concerns. Landon without hesitation described several scenarios from the best budget options up to the money is no object. They check in every now and then, but not annoyingly so. Pricing is just right too! They have a shuttle service that will get you where you need while your car is getting repairs. They also delivered my car to me for free the last time I took it in. I was having a rough day at work and that made everything 1000 times better! I cannot say enough good things about this place to do it justice!”

My wife was not happy with the last two places and after I convinced her that I was happy with services I received from a-1 the last two times she was down with my choice. “Lemme tell ya, this is a really solid crew of people. Ngoc runs a solid shop. He's to the point, honest, and extremely nice. He and his team are fast and do an amazing job doing what they love, fixing cars.
My car would not start and I got it towed over. Within a couple hours, the problem was diagnosed and we determined the best course of action. Ngoc helped me find replacement parts and got to work quickly. Within 2 days, my engine was replaced and now the car runs great. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of.”
