Bonsall Pool & Spa has provided great and helpful service for decades, with some customers relying on them for over 20, 30, and even 34 years. They are very customer service oriented and are great communicators who explain everything, show real interest and concern, and always have time to help, even for short notice emergencies. Customers appreciate their expertise and guidance, which can include coaching by phone to solve problems. The technicians are thorough, do their job well, and clean up after themselves. Services include pool installation, new liners and cover installs, pool opening and closing, hot tub service and repair, and keeping pools clear and sparkling. Customers are so appreciative that they consistently recommend the business and plan to return for future purchases.
We recently had a wonderful experience with Steven D! We have had several of issues with our hot tub, and he was able to fix them all. We appreciate his professional service and expert eye to notice things others had not. We will be requesting him next time.
