Terrible service. Walked in to look at ask question. I got cut off and told if I can’t use appropriate language then I won’t be helped. Said I was immature. Would not recommend buying there at the gateway mall location. Completely unprofessional and rude all the way around

I love this GNC. John is the best! Very knowledgeable with products. I have made major improvement with my workouts/supplement use.

Who is this so called "manager" at the GNC in the mall? "John" doesn't know what the meaning of customer service is! I'm letting my friends and family know not to go there anymore!
