“I’ve been to quite a few dispensaries and smoke shops, and I recently went into Grateful Green for the first time. One of the employees, Saylir, gave me one of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. She listened to all my questions and educated me on a lot of topics I didn’t know much about. I could tell she cared a lot about making sure I went home with the right products. My entire interaction was very welcoming and I didn’t feel any pressure like I have at other dispensaries. I’ll absolutely be back.”

I came in looking for a specific protein powder, but the employee actually recommended a cheaper option with the same benefits — it really shows he cares more about helping customers than just making a sale. He knew everything about the products and took the time to explain everything to me. On top of that, he even gave me a free t-shirt and a supplement sample. I’ll definitely keep coming back. “I have to say generation V caught me at my lowest I had no money and I was scraping Pennie’s I came in to use my point wanted to do the two for 49.99 on the geek bars. Lady behind the counter told me I could not use my rewards in conjunction with the offer at the store, forcing me to buy one and instead of getting the 2pk deal. What’s the point of having rewards in $20 off if I can’t use it with the advertise prices I feel like I’m being punished for having rewards like I haven’t spent enough money to earn that already.

“Great store, however when an employee approached me to ask if I needed help, I told him I was searching for vegetable glycerin. He said they didn’t carry it in store, and that many people come in asking for it, and that you can’t get any in town. Well, I found some at Michaels a few blocks away. I’d appreciate if your employees didn’t spout off random nonsense when they don’t know what they’re talking about.”

“Oh boy, most places I go like this suggest horrible tasting products to me. But all I had to say this morning was that I like protein things that don’t taste like straight protein(aka the craving foods taste but healthy) I got some suggestion I already like and bought some more of those but when I said I love chips and can’t give them up..He(I didn’t get his name) suggested a protein chip I was skeptical but I just had a bag while at work AND NOW IM UPSET I ONLY BOUGHT TWO oh my will this finally curb my chip cravings but be healthy at the same time!!You got a new vitamin shoppe lover and this will be the only place I go for my products now!(as I can also buy cases of my favorite to go items: I’m a college student and work a lot as well as internships to go is the best way)??”

“The have all the health suplements I need. They are on teh pricey end but you cant reallly put a price on your well being. The staff is always fiendly and helpful. If there is ever and item that is not in stock they will either help you order from online while your in the store or they will order it from another store and have it 3-5 days. I would retun her again since they are also the only ones that carry gakic and t-bomb 2.”
