“David Perez is an incredible person and helped me with an issue I was having. I have neuro cognitive disabilities and he was incredibly kind, patient and compassionate. He also knew immediately how to help me as an individual with these issues without ever meeting me. This is not the norm in most customer service interactions. I would give 10 stars if possible.

“It's a great place to rent 26 ft box truck. Can get my route and pickups done in one route. Costs a little more then uhaul, but uhaul doesn't have 26footers.”

“I limped into their yard on a Sunday with power issues related to fuel pressure. Being Canadian and understanding that I would be viewed as a one-off non-repeat customer, I wasn’t really optimistic about getting prompt service. Come Monday morning, even before the place opened, I was greeted with a warm hello and a promise to look into it at opening. A couple of hours later the problem was resolved, the bill was more than fair and I was on my way. The people at Cornhuskers were friendly and professional. The owner even came over to say hello while I was waiting and offered coffee and a ride if I needed to go somewhere. If there were more stars to give these folks would deserve them. Unfortunately 5 is the limit. Thanks again for taking such good care of me.”

I recently completed a move using a rental from the Travel Lodge N52 Apartments 5250 Cornhusker Hwy and I simply have to share what a fantastic, stress-free experience it was. Exceptional Customer Service & Efficiency.
From the moment I walked in, the staff—especially the girl that helped me over the phone wish I could remember her name—was absolutely top-notch. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. The pickup process was fast and the paperwork was handled with precision, getting me on the road much quicker than I anticipated. They clearly explained the rental agreement and offered helpful advice on packing supplies without any pressure. This level of personalized, organized service is a true credit to the management at this location”
