“Casey did a great job from beginning, with transferring old phone to new phone all the way thru all the paperwork and getting us the best prices possible. Explaining everything very well and answering all questions and concerns. Would remember him and his staff to anyone.”

“I would highly recommend Verizon Prepaid service in Lincoln Nebraska. I didn't quite know what to do when I first arrived here but going to that service was one of the best decisions ever made by me and mom. Mr. Kasym is very kind , welcoming and friendly. If you would like to get a great service you can come there. He is professional in his job and provides an excellent service! Thanks to him we have a great provider for phones !”

“I usually go to the main Verizon store on O St. Was ready to change providers due to the treatment I receive at that location. My daughter said to head on over to Victra and will now go nowhere else! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Went in to just upgrade my phone and then give my mom my old phone. The phone I had already researched was not available. While the sales rep at O St. store simply brushed me off and offered no other suggestions, Victra staff looked up other products, went over all features, even told me about the drawbacks of products. They listened to what I wanted/needed. They outlined my monthly bill, transferred everything for me, didn't try to sell me anything that I couldn't get cheaper elsewhere. The customer service was great! They have my business and I'll send anyone who asks to their location. The Verizon store on O St. could take a serious lesson from these folks on what true customer service and respect is. Thanks so much to the entire crew at Victra!!”
